J Bree has yet again blown my mind and left me with the biggest book hangover. I just don’t even know what to do with myself right now. J Bree is phenomenal and I for one cannot get enough.“I glance down and smile at the long lines of my exposed legs. Good. This book gave us some of the answers we were wanting after the end of To The End. What she had to go through when the Jackal had her, my heart broke. I’m with Illi, I wanted to to end him all over again.After seeing her through Lips’ eyes through the Hannaford books, I was so ready to dive into Avery’s mind. I’ve been desperate to see the inner workings behind The Queen and it really didn’t disappoint. But not only did we get Avery we also got other POV’s, WHICH I LOVE! Aaah! This book is the beginning of Avery’s story, after everything in Hannaford she needs to find herself again. Obviously this is Mounts Bay so nothing is ever that simple, there is never a day without a threat and with the majority of The Family gone, the threat is aimed at Avery. But not only does she have The M-fing Butcher with her, she’s got Aodhan.“He’s f-ing breathtaking like this and, though I always knew he was an attractive man, it wasn’t until this moment that it hit me right in the chest.” - Avery Beaumont, All HailAsh has always been my number one, but Aodhan. Man Aodhan is now right on up there with him. I’ll take the Stag please 🙋🏻‍♀️Don’t get me started on Atticus. I’ve already babbled on enough. I can’t talk about him right now.This book. You need to read this book. As always J Bree, I applaud you. The characters, worlds and stories that you create are just mind blowing and I cannot wait to see what else you are going to bring to us.

All Hail is a true masterpiece continuing on from Hannaford this is based around Avery Beaumont, the Wolf of Mounts Bay's best friend! J Bree is one of the best authors I have had the privilege to read. Her world building is like a really expensive vintage wine only the wealth can truly appreciate. All Hail sucks you in immediately, consuming every waking moment until you find yourself blinking and you've got to the end.Avery had a tough time towards the end of Hannaford and has never really been on her own without her twin, the over-protective, dark and sinfully sexy Ash. Avery is a powerhouse and just as dangerous as her best friend but in a completely different way. In some ways, Avery is the more vicious of the two and i just loved seeing her in her element and getting a look inside her head. And the name she is given by those in the bay is just so perfectly Avery!Aodhan is an interesting surprise, as a fellow member of the Twelve and Harley's cousin I wasn't sure what to expect from him. Out of the possible male leads for Avery's heart he is the one I like the most which is a change because I've always rooted for Atticus' but Aodhan snuck in there. Unfortunately, everything is not going well with the crow, doubts are cased, secrets come to live that question the kind of guy he is.Colt is a really interesting side character that pops up in a lot of J Bree's books giving us more insights into who he is and I find myself throughly intrigued about him. I would love it if he could have his own book but I know thats not always possible.The author takes a very unexpected turn with All Hail, breaking your heart in the more excruciating way which only helps the reader to truly connect to her characters. Mounts Bay is a dangerous place to live and yet their is so much love and joy to be found but the hard bit is protecting it from those who would seek to destroy you.All Hail is truly out of this world amazing and something I recommend everyone reads even if its not your usual thing. It appeals to all readers and one of a kind and I would sacrifice every last blood-soaked favour diamond to to J Bree if i got more of this amazing world!

They are gonna have to drag my cold dead body out of the world of Mounts bay.J Bree is back and this time our Queen Avery is front and centre. This is the 1st book in a spin off series of the Hannaford Prep series. Lips and the guys are off having the time of their lives on a tour bus but we are staying with the queen of planning and all things chic - Avery.I loved the relationship between Avery and Lips in the Hannaford books and of course the boys (which has ruined my view of men forever so THANKS J Bree) so I wondered how I would feel reading a book with Avery separated from the main group but I loved it. We get to go right inside her devious mind and see how someone with her traumatic past is carving her own life on her own terms and I'm here for it.It wouldn't be a Mounts Bay book without the presence of both action/violence and men. Oh lordy here we go. Once again my favourite machete wielding guy Illi was around for light relief but I loved getting to meet newbie Aodhan in a new light in these books. Those O'Cronin boys just know what is up.No spoilers here so just know we have mystery, intrigue, drama, action, stubborn minded men and sweethearts. I can't wait to see where this one goes because the story is taking me places I wouldn't of thought - plot on this one is going to be explosive!
