HOSAQuad Microphone Holder

Q: How large are the holes for the microphones? With and without the rubber grommet.

Without grommet, the hole is 1.5". With the grommet, the hole is 1 3/8"

Q: does this hold wireless microphones?

Unfortunately, our Sennheiser wireless mics do NOT fit this holder. It's a very nice holder and works great for our Shure SM-58 wired mics, but not for the Sennheiser G300's, or whatever the model is. If you are looking for a holder for wireless mics, check out the Ace Backstage Co. SOFTPOD Soft Microphone Holder. It's $31.63 from FullCompass.com.

The unit comes with an adapter in the central hole. This can be removed so it fits on a standard mic stand.

Q: will this work for wireless microphones?

I've not tried it with wireless Microphones. However, I do know that Shure SM-58 microphones (the normal wired ones) fit quite snugly in the holder. There are small rubber guards on the holes that could be removed for a very tiny amount of extra space, but I can't imagine, unless the dimensions of the wireless mic are the same as the wired, that it would work.
