Thought I would try these waste of money doesn't work

Finally! I can use the beautiful pots I have acquired over the years for growing plants in leca by attaching these meters. What a relief to finally be able to buy these! Do not give this product a bad review because you are using it incorrectly. Basically, use only with leca, pon, and perlite. Not for regular soil. Buy the sustee meters for that!

Some of these work some of them don't. They are very cheaply made and I found f out quickly how unaccurate they can be. You are better off spending a little more and getting and actual moisture monitor for accuracy.

Not much more to say about it. I does what it's supposed to do, fits most small self watering pots, cheap materials and no pots taller than 6".

This is a terrible product to use for testing the water level in my houseplants. I wanted to give this product a chance, even though the majority of the reviews were negative, but now I can say that I was truly disappointed. the gage inside the device, looks like they used a straw? This would work fine if i want to just measure plain water in a container, but soil.

These are for water not soil. I use them for my passive hydro set-up. They shift some in leca but overall they work. You may have to play with water levels. For instance, with some of the planters I have them in, the "max level" in the indicator isn't a high enough water level. So some trial and error, but overall it's convenient to just look at where the water level is so I don't have to remove the net pot from the cache pot.

It doesn’t matter what kind of pot or how much water you use this product is not worth a dime. I would warn anyone not to waste your time.!!

After you dismantle it to figure out how to use it, it's good.

Not happy with it? I fill the hole with water and right away it empties, dispersing throughout the plant, showing that it now needs to be watered again. Just does not make sense to me. I could see it working if it dispersed the water slowly, but that is not what happens....

Wasn't expecting too much but these work better than I'd expected. Using for hydroponics where you want to measure the level of the water in your growing container. Keep them vertical or they might stick a little in the tube, take some time to position it properly height wise with your desired maximum water level at the high mark on the indicator and you're good to go. They work in liquid not soil as it's a little float that pushes up the plastic rod. Like that they're enclosed in a tube so the roots don't jam up the system. Shipping was considerably faster than expected and was able to track it all the way from China to Canada Post.

Ca ne fonctionne pas la gauge rouge ne monte pas et en plus ça déguise une plante, c'est beaucoup gros.. Et croyez le ou non mais ça coute plus cher pour la retourner, donc je suis prise avec des cochonnerie... Je ne suis vraiment pas contente...
