What I needed to play 4 wall mounted speakers!
This product was exactly what we needed to play music from the 4 speakers mounted in the walls of our home. We have an older stereo system that has AM/FM radio, plays CD’s and even tapes (see photo). Originally the stereo had 2 speakers to connect that were placed on the floor or a shelf.. The switch box allows us to play the front or rear wall mounted speakers - independently or play all 4 at the same time. This speaker selector switch box made it much easy to connect the speaker wires of the 4 speakers to the stereo system. It works great.

Looks good, functions great but may be sensitive to speakers installed
Edit: Update 9/30/2017After living with the issue as noted below, which admittedly was not a deal breaker, I changed my patio speakers completely due to age and corrosion. The new patio speakers appear to work perfectly with the switch - no more problems switching off speakers on A while playing patio speakers on B. It appears the switch, putting all speakers in series, cannot isolate the speakers and if there is a problem with a driver or passive crossover it may "cross-talk" and interfere with the other speakers in the series. This is my theory, anyways. So, after over a year of owning it the speaker switch magically functions 100% correctly with just a change of patio speakers. Updating review to 4*Was shipped and received very fast. Too bad this device is partially defective, I'll explain.Main speakers are on "A", patio speakers are on "B." When you turn "B" on and "A" off, you still get output from the right speaker on "A." The patio speakers work perfectly fine, but you cannot turn off that dratted one speaker on "A." I thought at first it may be a polarity issue, because when you turn on both "A" and "B" speakers, there is a slight but noticable drop in output/volume from the "A" speakers. This would indicate that the A/B switch places all speakers in series when you turn them all on, thus avoiding overloading the amplifier with a very low impedance. Unfortunately, I tried every which way with polarity and connections, but even if NO speakers are hooked up to "B," the right channel "A" speaker will turn on if you turn off "A" and turn on "B."Probably not worth the return even thought it is Prime, but pretty disappointing quality control. The unit itself appears robust and well made but obviously internally my switch has an issue.

SUBSTANTIAL WEIGHT
Very impressive and solid state, a bit on the weighted side, will not vibrate out of position by blaring speaker volume. I like my music loud, glad I purchased a product that will not get pushed around by sound vibrations. Highly recommended!

Solid construction but does NOT isolate outputs
Solid construction, but this unit does NOT completely isolate the two outputs. I.E., if you turn speaker one off and short its speaker wires together, you will affect speaker two's output. So if you are thinking of using this to switch one speaker pair between two different amplified sources, for example, it won't work because you'll always have both amps in the circuit. On the plus side, the switch is solidly constructed and looks to have been made from quality components. It has good quality internal wiring and a circuit board with beefy traces to handle higher power.(It has a simple impedance protection circuit which is responsible for the above problem. And as an additional side effect of that, you might hear some low volume output from your speaker even when it's switched off, but this probably won't bother most people. However if you are looking for a simple AB switch with no impedance manipulation, go with a couple of DPDT knife switches instead.)

Works good
I use this with a small 100w, 50w per channel bluetooth amplifier and it works great. When you have both speaker sets A & B on at the same time, the volume is lower, but that is to be expected.
