Avoid this
Update to review ,Sadly both cameras sent failed one faulty out the box , the other lasted 2 weeks. Zero customer service, no response whatsoever, if it wasn’t for Amazon nothing would have been done.Hours fitting this system all for nothing.Well as every other review is from someone who got the item free to evaluate, well no such luck for me as I paid $180 bucks for it. So here’s the good and sadly some bad. The actual unit seems very well made, the rubber cover that goes over the SD card and USB C socket is pretty awful, the minuscule screw is a nightmare and when you tighten it up it just “eats” through the rubber strip. The front camera cable length is way too short if you are going to place the main screen unit under the seat, fortunately I mounted the unit behind the windscreen and it was just long enough. The USB cable supplied to provide power is about 8 inches long and totally useless unless you have a USB port as a neighbor. The camera brackets are just complete junk, there is only up and down movement and even when fully tight the cameras are not secured properly, Although I was aware the screen was only 3 inches it is too small, additionally living in Florida it cannot be seen in sunlight, after. 5 mile test ride today I could only see the screen once in the shade, I had hoped to use the unit as a rear view camera but no hope. Instructions are good but not brilliant and every SD card I put in the unit it said to remove and enter the card again, if it had just said format the card, hours wouldn’t have been wasted. Connecting to wi if is a serious hit and miss situation , with way more misses than hits. Have not been able to get it to work with IOS and only seems to work on Android, on IOS it just keeps spinning on the screen trying to connect. Sadly most of my experience is negative, I took a chance on a product only reviewed by those who didn’t pay for it, and of course they don’t want to be too negative about a product for obvious reasons.Picture quality is excellent however, even taking snapshots of tags is easy and clear, being that I spent about 6 hours fitting this neatly to my Ducati Multistrada, my advice would be look for something else, just way to disappointing in every respect apart from the unit build quality and the picture quality.

Original and replacement malfunctioning
Original purchase failed completely. 2nd unit now malfunctioning as well. Record function green light goes to red every 10 minutes or so. Rear camera will not be recorded. Front camera meta data is scrambled at bottom of playback screen. Not very happy!

Good cameras
When I was installing I wasn’t impressed with the camera quality after installing and going on a test drive, downloaded the video to my phone and the picture was great very good video quality!I did have to rig up my own camera hardware to mount to the bike but The final results came out great cameras are discrete you have to look hard to see them, came out good !

Perfect for my needs. Has 1 slight issue.
I got this because I'm into electric scooters and powered bicycles as a hobby, and I have an upcoming DIY / homebuilt scooter project that I'm going to use this on. And frankly, it's PERFECT for this. I play on mounting the forward camera up high close to the headlight, and the rear camera down low by the rear wheel. Because the project is a long way from completion, and I didn't want to post a review of something I hadn't even turned on, I hooked this up on my workbench and put it through its paces. It comes with 2 power supplies, both a USB connection as well as a hard-wire to 12v connection. I tested both, and both powered the unit and both cameras without issue. First I ran it off the USB output of my desktop, and then I hooked the other power supply to my bench power supply (set at 12 v, of course). Operation was flawless either way I powered it.The image quality of the cameras was really sharp. I really think this is going to be FANTASTIC on my electric scooter build. The buttons are actually the way most users WANT them to be. 1: power / ok 2: menu/settings 3: & 4: up / down. Which is to say, navigating through everything is actually intuitive and simple. Now here's the downside. It doesn't come with an SD card, which itself isn't really a huge downside. But when you go to install an SD card, BE CAREFUL! No, I mean that, be seriously careful when you do this. Why? The tiny screw they have holding the weather seal closed that covers the SD card slot and the USB port is NOT CAPTIVE. Geeze, guys. Really? $175 and you couldn't put some kind of clip or retainer on this screw? Not ONE PERSON in your R&D department had that rubber piece pop from his finger and sent that screw flying during the entire testing phase of this product?Because that's what happened to mine. I loosened the screw to open the cover, when the screw itself didn't come all the way out but remained in the rubber cover, I figured cool, it must be a captive screw. Then I lifted it up with my fingernail, but it popped free, and the little screw went ZING! Off into nowhere. I STILL haven't found it. It's complicated by the fact it's an EXTREMELY tiny screw.Seriously, Motowolf, where were your heads at on THIS one? I seriously hope they "mid-production run" CHANGE this and fix it. Or send everyone that buys this a dozen complimentary screws for the ones they're going to inevitably lose.So take a look at that photo. Remember that pic if you buy this. And be VERY careful when you open this cover that you don't lose this screw. Because they don't give you any extras. I'm going to have to put a dab of silicone on my screw hole now and hope that it doesn't leak. Sigh.So based on how well it seems to be made (minus the missing screw captor), the gorgeous image quality, and the ease of navigating / button setup, I recommend this. But I sure hope you learn from my issue and don't lose the micro-screw they have holding the cover down. Here's a saying I learned..."For want of a single nail a horseshoe was lost, and thus the whole battle." This means pay attention to the details. This screw was the tiny detail that made a 5 star dash cam a 4 star dash cam. Lesson learned.Very recommended. But be careful with that screw.

High quality dual dashcam, easy to set up!
Looks very high quality with well made! Very solid! Very simple to set it up, even without extra tools (all needed tools are included in the package). The picture is very clear and sharp! The date and time are shown at the bottom left and location information is shown at the bottom right of the screen. The major part of the screen shows the photo of the front view. And the rear view is shown on the right up corner. It would be much better if there is a function to show the front and back pictures on half and half of the screen. So far so happy with it. Would like to highly recommend it!
