Bliss Grey Linen Divan Base with Optional Drawers and Headboard (3FT Single, No Drawers No Headboard)

I needed a bed urgently and ordered one but it wasn't as advertised so arranged for it to be returned. I ordered a mattress and this base ... what a difference this base is to the other oneTo start with the base is heavy and feels really sturdy... the delivery men didn't take it upstairs for me so I had to drag it upstairs on my own.. I wasn't impressed. Anyway, back to the base .... the material is lovely. A dark grey linen which looks expensiveI ordered a base with a headboard and drawers. The drawers are solid and the headboard is gorgeousThe clips to attach the 2 halves of the base is metal, whereas they are normally cheap plasticThe feet just slot in and when the base is on the floor, I just sat on the bed and bounced by bum so it slotted the feet into place. The feet are wide oval shaped, which won't mark the bed like small feet wouldAll in all...this is well worth the money and I highly recommend. If you buy cheap, you get cheap and for just over £200, this base looks really expensive and the material makes it look expensiveHighly highly recommend

Decent quality for price. The drawers are a little cheaply made, but still do the trick. Pretty comfortable and not creaky like other bed frames. True to measurements! (this was a big plus for us trying to get the right fit for the space we had). It was delivered fast and nothing broken or scratched.

DO NOT BUY THIS BED!If I could give 0 stars I would.Fabric is roughly stapled to the cheap wooden base. In some places so many staples are used just to cover where fabric hasn’t been cut properly or is cut too short. Feet are cheap plastic coated in silver paint so will chip easily. Drawers are not fixed correctly delivered with drawers stapled closed so you find out only after installation in the room. Clips holding the two parts together snap off, as we found out when one of us sat on the bed.It’s a cheap bed better to spend a little more and get the quality of a cheap bed from IKEA. This wasn’t worth the money.Arrived quickly, colour and fabric are nice but this item is clearly built very cheaply. Exchanged it once and still had issues. Not at all worth the hassle.

Delivered and taken upstairs by two very cheerful gents. I was able to unpack and assemble 2 pieces of the divan on my own with no problems whatsoever. I am a 77 year old female.The instructions were clear and accurate. It is 9 45 am and my bed is made up and ready for me to use. It took little more than an hour. The quality is good, it’s sturdy but light enough to handle. The hardest part was pulling out the staples securing the 4 drawers. Would buy again.
