Got this dock because finally I am getting around to levelling up my working from home set up as I recently got another monitor however my dell work issued laptop only has one HDMI connection, I could have just gotten a budget priced USB A or C hub however this wouldn’t be very space saving as it would mean another Peripheral device hanging off my laptop,getting this docking station means that I can have everything connected into one place & also power my laptop via the USB C cable that comes with it, I can also connect my two monitors, my Ethernet cable & usb devices such as my wireless mouse receiver, everything is in one place easy which reduces clutter and frees up my laptop ports, it comes nicely packaged, with a USB C to USB C cable which provides power if your laptop has a usb charger connection, you also get a UK, USA and European power cable, and an instruction booklet, setting up is really easy just a case of plugging in, downloading the drivers from the belkin website & then unplugging the dock from power 🔋, restarting the laptop & reconnecting to the power , overall this docking station works really well for me & it mimics my actual in office set up

Really pleased with this unit. Well priced and works well with Apple MacBook Pro 2017. Even though the MBP can support multiple monitors (1 through each of its 4 USB-C ports), I wanted a single cable solution for charging the computer as well as outputting to x2 monitors. Display link software is needed to be installed on the MBP, but it’s free and took less than a minute, That is all you need to do.My monitors aren’t high resolution, so I’m not testing any HD, 4K etc. But, it just works.Also works without additional software on a windows 10 laptop.Doesn’t work with iPad Pro M1

This is the best thing since the invention of hot water. :-)Easy install. No more need for a charger. Connect 3 4K monitors to my del XPS 13, and so I ended up with 4 4K monitors. Amazing. And it just works. It seriously all goes through that 1 little usb-c cable? Amazing.

Great quality and size, very functional, allows 2 additional hdmi monitors. Would be better if passthrough power was 100w rather than 85, 85 won't charge my laptop while 100w would. Great piece of equipment

I was advised to buy this as I'd had all sorts of problems linking my two Dell monitors to my MacBook Air. Having wasted money on overpriced Apple adaptors in the past I was dubious to say the least that anything other than increased expense would solve my problem. However, I gave it a try, it worked immediately, stress free and at the time of writing all is going very well. I'm very pleased and would recommend this wholeheartedly to anyone trying to link Apples with everyday tech. You do need the download but it does say on the product where to find it.

The product works fine but I am furious that it comes with 3 power cords. This is the UK so I expect to see a UK power cord and not an EU & American one too. I suspect is this the most cost efficient way for Belkin to pack their products. It is lazy and extremely wasteful and Amazon needs to have a word with businesses that do this kind of thing.

First of all this is a review of Belkin Triple Display DisplayLink Docking Station Hub currently selling at £299.99 on Amazon. The listing also covers the 2 port which is half the price and looks completely different.The point of a docking station is to allow multiple devices like laptops to connect to the same peripherals without having to unplug everything, whilst also having multiple screens attached. So for starters this is not an item for most home set ups. If you work from home or in an office then this will probably work for you, but with most peripherals working wirelessly now I almost wonder what the point of these bits of kit is. However saying that, I work in an office and a much cheaper version from a rival company is what I have to put up with. The reason being that we hot desk and all have laptops, the wifi is terrible due to a lack of investment and everything is working on a wired network. Also if you need two or three additional monitors for the work you are doing then this is possibly the simplest way of connecting them to a laptop.Every desk is equipped with a screen, keyboard, mouse and ethernet connection. The dock connects all of these to a laptop via USB C which also charges the laptops.So what can I say about the Belkin dock, well for starters is looks a lot better, the general build quality is great. Yes it's plastic but it has some weight and the back plate is actually metal! On the front you have a power button, indicator LEDs, USB C, USB A 3.0 and audio jacks. On the side you have the Kensington lock slot. On the rear you have the power in, USB C (the main connection to your laptop) ethernet port, 3 HDMI, 2 of which also have display port and finally 4 USB A 3.0.So looks like you have more than enough connections. The ethernet is only a Gigabit, most products now are coming with 2.5 Gigabit, not really an issue for most users, and if its anything like my office, it takes an age just to access PDFs because run through local then central servers from the 90s so it can be painfully slow. Also at home most users are still on a FTTC broadband which doesn't get anywhere near a 1086 Mbps.Anyway having tested this equipment at work(please don't tell the IT department), I can say that it works much better than the cheaper items already installed. The connection is solid and stays solid, not disconnecting every hour for no reason. We also have no spare plugs so when the office is busy there is no where to charge phones etc, but if we all had these then we could all charge a phone or tablet. The bonus for me is that when I work from home I can have the same set up as work, but without the constant dropouts. If I made the purchasing decision at work then I would definitely get these, but that's not my department, and I'm sure these cost significantly more than what they currently use. So maybe now I will ask to work from home more!

İlgili macbooklarda sadece tek bir additional displaye izin verildiğini malesef monitörü satın aldıktan sonra öğrendim. Araştırmalarım sonucunda DisplayLink diye bir teknoloji olduğunu gördüm ve bu ürünü satın aldım.Öncelikle ürün malzeme kalitesi vs açısından diğer 6in1 tipi hublarla karıştırılmamalı, aldığımdan beri en ufak bir ısınma hissetmedim. Şarj etme konusunda da korkunç başarılı, artık apple şarj aleti kullanmıyorum. DisplayLink ile birebir uyumlu ve 2 additional displaye izin veriyor. Type c çıkışlı olduğu için hem windows hem mac için uyumlu, her seferinde kabloları çıkar tak yapmak vs de gerekmiyor. FAKAT..DisplauLink in teknolojisinden dolayı malesef çıkışların ikisi de 60hz destekliyor. Farklı kablolarla ve bağlantılarla denemiş olmama rağmen bu durumu değiştiremedim, izlediğim videolarda da bununla alakalı bir yorum göremedim. Biraz hayal kırıklığına uğradığım için not düşmek istedim.

Grace a cet appareil je réussis a connecter à mon PC portable, 3 écrans supplémentaires. donc, oui au total 4 écrans, l'écran du PC + les 3 écrans supplémentaires fixés sur un support adapté. je peux donc avoir 4 images différentes sur chacun des écransje cherchais, j'ai trouvéje vous le conseil

Très pratique en déplacement pour connecter le pc portable à tous les périphériques.
