Top notch
My only issue with this product is there needs to be a video on how to fold the sof-t to get it to fit all the way down. Other than that this is a great product I wear it on my duty belt everyday

Well built TQ pouch
As a precursor, I have worn two of these TQ holsters on duty for approximately 1200 hours. They've been through rain, 120 degree heat for 10+ hours at a time, sand and general daily abuse.Durability: Eleven 10 has made a superior product that will likely last longer than your TQ. Despite being used everyday, it still has a clean finish and shows little wear. The one mounted on my Safariland leg shroud is used as a convenient resting spot for my hand and I was fully expecting a significant amount of rub and oil spots to develop. None so far. When it's clean (I've given up with that because of all of the dust) it looks almost brand new. I only have developed one nick in the finish; In its defense it was 115 out and going against a piece of semi-sharp steel. The only real sign that it is used is the brass eyelets on one side. The black paint has slowly rubbed off exposing the brass underneath (pictured). Even with prolonged heat exposure it is still fairly rigid, more so than my Safairland pistol holster.Ease of use: It is extremely easy to use. The TQ has a slight amount of retention inside but comes out easily when pulled. It takes some experimenting to figure out how to fold the TQ to fit without looking trashy, once you have it, let's all hope it stays inside of the pouch besides for training.Mounting: I keep two of these pouches on me while I'm on duty; one on my belt with the supplies belt clip, and one on my Safariland drop leg shroud (pictured). Eleven 10's belt loop is simple and secure. You can select the width of your belt to eliminate any wiggle room on your belt. I use a double ply nylon belt and I do have an issue with sliding the belt through the holes due to the step up of the nylon causing me to have to clip it on my belt everyday (not necessarily a hit against them). The belt attachment is better suited for a single ply belt or a dedicated duty belt that you do not feed through pant belt loops. Attaching it to a Safariland holster is even simpler. Remove the belt attachment, screw it on the shroud. I would highly recommend that you set up your holsters, spend a couple of days or training sessions with them to see if they are where you want them. Once you've found the sweet spot, use the supplied thread locker (or some good old blue stuff) and secure them.Overall: These are great TQ pouches, especially if you wear it daily. The ability to exchange the "medical" symbol patch to a 1" x 1" blood type patch is a very nice touch. Eleven 10 makes a superb product and I would highly recommend this pouch.

I'm super tactical.
I'm super tactical...I know. Love the case. Holds up strong while at work. I've never had the tourniquet slip out, and it's easy to pull out. I went with an upgrade and found a 1" blood type patch to replace the +. Doesn't take up a lot of room. Needed because we don't wear outter carriers.

Excellent product. Service left much to be desired.
Ordered on 12/21 via amazon Prime. At the time Black was the only color option which is what I wanted to match my department issues equipment. On 12/23 I received brown. I immediately on 12/23 put in for an exchange when it was determined I received the wrong product. On 12/27 I received the correct item. The items are two separate sizes. The brown tourniquet holder would not have fit my tourniquet yet the Black replacement does.Though I didn’t need it within two days I was annoyed because I pay for Prime shipping and as such I want what I pay for. I first received the incorrect item. Then it took four days to receive my replacement.

May fall apart sooner than you expect it to
I’m a LEO and initially purchased this product because of its practicality. I was disappointed that the holder broke down within two months of purchase. I still carry the holder in my bag, I just can’t wear it on my belt since I’m no longer able to use the piece that’s attached to it.
