Great product with superb customer support.
I drive a 24-foot class C motor home, often pulling a small towed car. One of more uncomfortable maneuvers I make in that configuration is a lane change in fairly heavy traffic, often at freeway speeds. With just my side mirrors (the back of the motor home is closed -- no window), I'm never really sure if I have sufficient clearance to move over one lane in traffic. With this system, the camera mounted on the roof at the back of the motor home, I can see clearly at a glance if I have enough room or not. The view is much better than just a rear-view mirror would be because you're looking DOWN on the traffic back there! When I first connected the camera (per instructions, using the rear marker light circuit for my 12v power) I had intermittent signal to the monitor. In fact, I was getting a "No SIgnal" message more often than a picture. I thought the system was worthless and was considering returning it. But thanks to excellent customer tech support and advice, along with a lot of troubleshooting and investigating with a digital voltmeter, I finally determined that with the engine running (alternator), the voltage in that circuit varied between 11.2 and 11.7 volts. Maybe because my marker lights are LEDs? Regardless, I finally ran power to the camera from a different 12v circuit, and the system has performed perfectly throughout a recent 5,500 mile trip. Never once did I fail to have a clear picture.I highly recommend this Voyager system, and ASA Electronics will stand behind it. I feel much safer when towing in traffic than ever before.

It lasted two days and very poorly and quit working all together, I will never buy from them again!
Piece of garbage, it blinked in and out for two days then just quit. The whole time the image was so bad it was worthless. Don’t even think about buying this piece of crap I not only lost the money I paid for it I also lost the money I paid to have it installed. Just pure junk!

If You RV...this system is a must buy!
I bought the WVOS541 system to install on the rear of my Airstream trailer. This is the same system Airstream installs as an option on new trailers. I spoke to support at ASA Electronics and Airstream and found both teams very supportive. It is 5 degrees today so I have not done the final outside install into the wiring on the rear of the trailer at this time. However to see if the system works I set the camera up in the inside of the rear window. This trailer has an inverter that converts the battery 12V to 110 V that can be used while driving, so I simply set up a 3 amp 12 volt transformer and wired it to the camera. I use the monitor in the truck and it pared instantly. I tested how far I could be away from the camera whiled still pared to the monitorand it easily went to 100 with perfect transmission. This system works so well; I may never get around to hard wiring it into the Airstream 12V harness from the clearance lights. I would recommend this system to everyone with an RV. If you can afford a RV then the safety provided by the WVOS541 observation system is well worth it.

Does what I wanted it to do! (Updated!)
The only option our new 34' travel trailer didn't come with was a rear view camera, so I ordered this to have with me when we picked the trailer up from the dealership. Installed in about an hour at the campground the next morning. Very easy DIY install. The suction cup mount for the monitor sits in one of the cup holders in our Ford F250, and keeps the monitor off of the top of the dash (which I would find intrusive). The audio is very sensitive - I can easily hear what is being said behind the trailer as I'm backing into a spot. The video feed at 65mph is not HD, but then I didn't expect it to be. At speed the video appears to update every 1/2 second or so. When passing someone it works perfectly to see if you have cleared the car you're passing and have room to move back over, which is the #1 reason we wanted it in the first place. All in all (so far) it has done exactly what we wanted/expected it to do - I would highly recommend this unit to anyone driving a vehicle / RV with limited rear visibility.Update: looks like we are having the same issue with water inside the camera housing that others have reported. This is very disappointing for a system at this price point, as the cheapo license plate frame camera on my other rig is 10 years old and still works fine. I will be contacting the manufacturer to see if they will be willing to stand behind their product. Will report back with my results.Update #2: ASA (parent company) had me send the camera back to them for evaluation. Technically it was out of warranty, but they said they would take a look at it and respond accordingly. To be honest I didn't have high hopes, but about a week later a brand new camera showed up on my doorstep! I would've gone with another brand had they not replaced the camera, as the camera by itself is over $200, but they stood behind it. I'm hoping the replacement doesn't develop the same issues, but for customer service I can't say enough. So for now.... 4 stars!

For the price the video is not so good.
Easy enough to install but the picture is no where near what they show on the ad. The picture looks like it's over saturated and hard to distinguish anything that is smaller that a basketball. I would look else where for something that might even be cheaper with a better picture. I was very disappointed.

Great quality.
Product works good. Picture is a little fuzzy and I lose connection every so often. I have purchased the extended antenna but have not installed it. The dealer where we purchased our new travel trailer recommended this over Furrion. It has much less lag time in the picture. Since our trailer came pre setup for the Furrion, I removed the existing camera nest that came with the trailer. I fashioned a new plate using the outline of the old Furrion shell. Painted it black and affixed my new camera to it. If I decide to trade the trailer in later, I will remove my camera and replace it with the shell from the Furrion.

Failed after 3 years of use
Unit failed completely after only three years and last year due to Covid, the unit was barely used at all. I always took exceptional care of it, never dropped or jarred so there is no reason it should fail. DO NOT PURCHASE this unit as there are other exceptional cameras on the market at this time.

Camera Purchase
I purchased this product at the end of February 2022 and installed at the end of May of 2022 when I took my trailer out of storage. Monitor works but the camera will not power up and is faulty.

Overall a very good product.
I’ve been using this product for about a year now. It’s been working just fine. If I have any gripes at all, it is the night vision. I find it difficult to discern sometimes whether it is headlights I’m seeing, or merely glare from the road at night. Other than that it functions very well. Aside from function, I’ve had a problem getting it to stay in place using the suction cup holder. I’ve resolved this by using Velcro to attach it to my rear view mirror. If the company could come out with a better way to mount it, I would like to see it.
