I had "thermal reconditioning" to my hair over 20 years ago prior to keratin treatments that I loved! Keratin treatments that took over unfortunately just never worked for me so I was glad to find this product that I could do on my own. Unfortunately I didn't take before and after photos but my before hair was thick, a messy wave pattern and frizzy to the point that even when I pulled my hair back I still had frizzy flyaways everywhere.This product definitely took a lot of time to complete, especially since my hair is nearly to my waist however it is so worth doing it right and taking the time to do it. You do have to know what you are doing and be very particular with timing, ironing and the overall process but I guarantee that you will not get a better straightening system anywhere. I can finally wash and go with my hair and even though it's not stick straight, if I do want it completely smooth and sleek, it takes 5 minutes as opposed to at least an hour before. Very happy and I will continue to use and buy this product in the future.Oh, also to note is that you may need a trim after you use this as it can be difficult to not fry the ends of your hair with a flat iron since they are so thin and fragile so be prepared to just clean it up or have it trimmed by your hair professional. Use a really good hair mask on the ends that may limit it some, however there isn't much way to avoid getting away with trimming afterwards, especially if you have long hair like mine, plus it always just makes it look more sleek and healthier as well.

At first I'm hesitant to use but use it anyway. Washed my hair after 3 days and I'm ready to see the failure result. I was wrong my hair remained straight I am so happy with the result and my purchase. Would buy more and stock more. I recommended this item. It's perfect for thick hair and naturally curl like me.

Other than the foul scent, it worked. My hair didn’t feel the same as it did in the salon; was smooth and silky. This treatment Left it feeling wiry, but it did not frizz up in the Florida heat. If it saves me $400 at the salon, I guess I’ll keep using it.

Great product, it works, but read the instruction carefully because not everyone’s hair can handle it. I have thick dark hair and it really worked. It will smell like chemicals in the process but will fade away in a few days. The hair stays straight forever. This combo will last you 1.5 times if you hair length is around your mid back.

I followed the instructions; I left product 2 for 2:30 minutes., still my hair was damage. I have my hair slightly straight, there is almost no difference from how I had it before. The only thing I liked is that the smell is not as strong as other products used for the same purpose. Hair gets puffy.
