I upgraded my pantry door so also needed a new hamdle. It has some weight to it and it looks great. Would recommend without a doubt.

I got this as a way to keep children out of my room. It was worked well. It was a little difficult to install. We had to cut larger holes in the door. But it worked out. The knobs are sturdy and do not wobble

These door locks are a decent lock if you're just looking to do one or two doors,they seem to be well made. Now if you are changing out your existing door locks,these are not for you.They cannot be re-keyed to use your existing key. If you are trying to upgrade stick with Schlage. They are easily re-keyed,and are a quality product.

I purchased both hall way and privacy satin nickel sets and have had them for over a year. The quality is very sturdy and the design is fantastic. I had to reach out to customer service for one of the levers and they were exceptionally helpful, professional, and efficient. I can't recommend them enough. I have also purchased electrical outlets and plate covers and Bestten high quality is evident. Thank you!

Product seemed ok but the package was clearly a return as it was opened. Instructions were ripped and had missing brackets. Seller needs to do better to ensure quality and integrity. Wasted my time.

The lock application is easy and it works fine.The size of the doorknob and round plate are relatively small. It is equivalent to the low price.

Locks look great - modern, and a commercial grade feel to them. Very easy to install - I didn't even look at instructions. All mounting hardware and plates included. 3 Sets of keys is great. Price on par with the cheapest simply knob locks you can get at Home Depot but much better. This will be my go to lock from now on.

Update - Amazon was able to help. Changing rating as other than the missing parts, we were happy with the product. Both how it looks and how it functions.Nice looking levers and they seem to work well so far. However, the main screws were missing. I contacted Amazon and nothing could be done as this is a third party seller. I had already installed 2 of 3 of the levers and didn't want to remove the installed ones to do a return. Please check the boxes carefully before installing to ensure that you have all parts. Now I have to make a trip to the hardware store try to find the missing parts.
