Q: Where is the recline button/handle

There is not a separate handle to recline you just push back on the chair on the back and it reclines up it’s very easy even a child can do it we love this chair

Q: Is the velvet material easy to clean?

It’s very easy to clean my granddaughters very messy so what I did is I put two coats of Scotchgard on it I put one coat let it dry put another coat on it sheets in the trail the time but I just vacuum it up and wipe it it is holding up very very well I highly recommend this chair
