I'm Programmed to Love You

My toddler loves this book, and I do as well. We have called my son babybot, and now toddlerbot, and this book is too perfect for us. My son asked me to read it over and over when it first came to us, and it's still in our regular rotation. The illustrations are absolutely beautiful.

I love everything about this book. I love that it’s the size of a bigger picture book while still being a sturdy board book. I love love LOVE the illustrations. And the best part is the writing. It’s just perfect. Such a lovely book for caregivers to read to children.

Artwork is fantastic! The poem/book itself is ok, made me feel like I love my daughter because I am wired/programmed to do so, not because she is part of me and I have loved her from the minute I knew about her. But again, great kudos to the artist, she loves looking at the drawings!

The book itself is beautifully illustrated and the story is super cute. But there was two giant stickers on the cover, completely covering the mom robot. The first sticker I managed to get off but the second will not come off without damaging the book. The corner is also ripped up. Hopefully the replacement is in better condition, then the review will be five stars.

We love these books. My 2 year old will ask for this by title. He finds the word "Programmed" fun to say which drives his interest in the book.Cute art style, different in a place where many things begin to look the same.
