Hodgson Mill Coconut Gluten-Free Flour, 11 Ounce (Pack of 6)

This flour tastes terrible! I tried it in several recipes, and tried EVERYTHING and it just tastes awful. I wish I could figure it out, because I really wanted to start making coconut flour bread/cookies/biscuits, etc.

I used this for the coconut flour paleo vanilla cake from Elana's Pantry web site. It came out amazing! As to the other reviewer, you absolutely can't substitute other types of flour for coconut flour. Look for recipes that specifically use coconut flour. It absorbs a ton of liquid and you usually have to use a lot of eggs.

I love their rice flour! I use it to make cookies, pancakes and pie crusts. So good!! It is made in a nut free facility which is awesome!
