Without doubt one of the best purchases for my Bbq EVER! No more trailing cables down and lugging a big vacuum, and equally no more pathetic car-vacs with less suck than an asthmatic OAP!This thing works. Really. It actually does what you want and has some great attachments to get into every nook and cranny and clean out your pit properly.The fire-retardant inner means you dont have to wait for the ashes to be completely out before using - though obviously you wouldnt try sucking it all up whilst still at 900 degrees lols.

Very handy, quick and easy for vacuuming ash from our biomass boiler and wood burner. Works well. Also easy to empty. Concerned what happens if the rechargeable battery stops working. Did not get a definitive answer about a spare or replacement from the seller.

L8ght weight and handy to use to vac around my solid wood burner. Dont get me wring this is nowhere as powerful as a mains vac but thats what i was after as if its too powerfull you will be changing the filters every 5 minutes. As an added bonus after losing the charger i found that Makita 18v BL 1850B battery's fit this.

Good vacuum well constructed. The only down side is the battery, wish it came with two.
