Forever My Little Girl

Karen Kingsbury is my favorite author for all my adult books (HIGHLY Recommend for everyone). I was eager to buy her books for each of my children to read to their kids....I bought one for each family...and was so excited to give to them! This is a great book, the kids love the story and the Parents will shed tears as it as true as the love of a parent for their child.

This is a nice book but not at all what I was hoping it would be. I thought it would be perfect for my 2 year old red haired granddaughter but it seems more appropriate for a grown up daughter who's life was just like in the book. I do wish it was more generalized and not specific (soccer, dance, married with sons of their own etc). and of our 6 girls, this wouldn't make sense to give it to them as the specific time frames do not apply to any of them. Another purchase I wish I hadn't made.

Oh, my heart!!! I RARELY buy books online but took a chance on this one and it is wonderful. I am buying them for all my grandchildren so they can have it for their children. I will give this as a baby gift too. You need to read it all the way through before you read it to your little one. It's very sentimental and tells a wonderful story with extras like poems. Worth every penny!

Sweet book, but I wanted to give to my girls on Mother's Day, and it seemed to be more about a father and daughter than mother and daughter. Guess I'll save for Father's Day.

I like this book, but this book is geared more towards an adult not a small child.
