I recently purchased a set of E-Track J Hooks from DC Cargo a few weeks ago. The shipment came within a few days. The purchased items were great. I did however have an issue with the details on the web site. I thought I purchased two sets of the hooks. I only received one. I contacted DC Cargo and they agreed the details were confusing. To resolve the issue. DC Cargo immediately sent me the correct purchase without any additional charges. I have to give DC Cargo some credit for respecting their customers. In my opinion DC Cargo is worth a look for future purchases. Thanks
