Versatile, energy efficient, great for bread making, baby bottles sterilizing, anything.
TL;DR: should you buy this oven? YES. If you're looking for an all-in-one countertop oven that does it all, yes. I don't know of any other product out there that resembles this, at least not in the this price range.# Overall:So I wasn't sure about buying this oven. I couldn't find anything about the company "AUG", aside from an room and floor number in a building in China. They don't make any other product as far as I can tell, and random brands from China on Amazon don't have the best reputation. But I was curious: unlike typical Chinese clone & dump products, this oven doesn't 100s of equivalent clones around, it's not cheap, and it doesn't seem to have fake reviews (only 5 at time of writing). For a countertop oven, it's 100$ more than well known brands like Cuisinart, Breville. And it's the only oven with a steam function that I could find, aside from the reputed Japanese "Balmuda" toaster oven. So I decided to take a risk and buy it, and return it if it's not good. We've had the oven for 3 weeks now. I've used it instead of our regular kitchen sized gas stove/oven. I baked bread..! lasagna, chicken parmesan, fish, made toasts, defrosted frozen meals, grilled & steams Montreal style smoked meat... We even used it to sterilize our newborn's milk bottles. It worked really well for all these use cases.# Pros:The build quality is very good, the oven has a nice sturdy feeling to it. The door closes with a satisfying "ommf" and feels heavy, solid and well hinged. The controls are pretty straightforward. Also, it looks good. For cooking, and for bread baking in particular, it gave me a super nice crispy crust on homemade sourdough loaves. What used to take me 60min in the gas stove with a Dutch oven and some sort of water-spray contraption, now takes me 40min with 2 presses of a button: select temperature (430ºF) and select duration (40 min). If you're curious, you should use the lower position to avoid burning the top of the loaf. We're using this oven multiple times a day now, especially with a newborn so that we can sterilize the bottles between each use. It's making everything much easier. To top it all, it's very energy efficient. After having tested it at home, our plan is now to install it on our boat to replace our CNG stove (hard to procure) and run it off our 4000W inverter. I'll fabricate a gimbal mount and hopefully we'll be in business!# Cons:I don't have a lot of real negatives, but I'm pretty good at criticizing. I love this oven, but here's things that should be improved. The water collection tray under the oven is flimsy and made of plastic. We discovered the hard way that it needs to be emptied: there's no alarm to tell you to empty it. And it's kind of hard to empty when it's full to the brim, because it's mostly flat and made of flimsy plastic, so carrying it to the sink while full of water is annoying and ends up splashing water all over the floor. This is in sharp contrast with the rest of the build quality, which is very solid. I just don't understand why they made all this of good material, but went for this afterthought-looking-plastic-tray. The water collection tray should be replaceable by some sort of tube-to-the-sink system, so we don't have to even bother with emptying the tray.Maybe this is obvious and to be expected, but the oven surface can get quite hot. I mean, all countertop ovens are like that, but I still find it annoying. I wish it had more isolation.Major nit-pick: the letters of the "AUG" logo on the door handle are some sort of print. This looks rather cheap. The oven looks great overall, but the AUG logo should be embossed/engraved or something, not painted. It would better fit the overall build quality of this product.3 weeks in, I recommend this product. Hopefully my opinion doesn't change with time!

Circuit board may be defective board and a safety hazard .
First, I would like to say I loved the oven, it is great for proofing bread, steaming food and all the functions it has is perfect. In the past 11 months, the oven worked great and we had no problems. However, in the past month or so, the oven started to trip the GFCI outlets in the kitchen We tried moving the oven to different outlets thinking it might resolved the problems but was unsuccessful in correcting the problem. We proceeded to try to get it repaired or replaced. Amazon help/ support try to trouble shoot the problem but after an hour with them on the phone, they instructed us to contact the manufacturer. Amazon rep said “ I would help you if I could but there is nothing I can do “ and gave us another number to call. I am like what the heck... They had me on the phone for over an hour to finally tell me they cannot help We called the number provided by Amazon three times and there is no one answering the phone, no voicemail message, left three messages in the past week with no return call. Don’t waste your money.

What a great oven!
My old range and oven died (RIP, it will be missed) and because of the size and supply chain problems it is unfortunately going to take nearly a year for a new one to arrive. To help me in the meantime, I wanted a countertop oven. Specifically I wanted a steam oven because I bake a lot. And let me tell you, this guy is awesome! Cooks great, easy to clean, great results. Made some excellent wholewheat sourdough this morning (pictured. this is me bragging!). Awesome little oven! The only knock is that the user interface is a bit wonky. It takes a bit of getting used to, the beeps are a bit too loud. But once you've used it 4-5 times those things stop being issues.

No real instructions on how to bake (cookies, etc.)
This oven is really nice the steam comes out the front, cooks wonderful. The only problem I have is trying to bake without steam or just to cook with only the lower heat element. I can't seem to find information on how to use this oven that way. So if someone else have info feel free to respond.
