ClarksWomen's Ashland Bubble Slip-On Loafer

I was really liking the shoes, until I noticed the glue along the sole had let go - one day after my return window closed. Not really the quality I would have expected from Clarks.

I wanted something that I could walk in but didn't look like a sneaker. I had to be able to wear it with a dress or slacks. Big test in a couple of weeks. I may need to add an arch support but I will be road testing it and find out. The best part is my foot is wider in the front and narrow at the back. This fits me perfectly. It does not slide off the back of my foot. The toe box is wide enough that Ihave room to wiggle my toes. I will need a thin sock.

I'm hoping that the item that I bought many years ago, is still available. They were made to put inside the heel to stop the slipping. They really worked!!

I always turn to Clark's footwear for my loafers. This ensures that I'll have them for a good long while. They have style and are made well. I love shoes!

I love these loafers. They are classic, and look terrific on--very preppy. I got them in two colors and use them daily because they slip on, and they feel great. I did not need to add an arch support. The leather is really nice and looks expensive. The fit is right on. I needed a wider width, and the wide width is just right. The size in length was as I expected, so I sized up a little, and now I have plenty of room. Although they are roomy, they do not fall off.
