Low sound
This is a real cute camera. It's nice and sturdy and my daughter loved it.HOWEVER, she was very disappointed that after recording videos she could barely hear them. The sound was so low. You would have to hold it right to your ear to hear and then there is no adjust volume setting.The company was very good when I a communicated with them and I was able to get a refund processed.

Fast but missing memory card
The product arrived quick but was missing the memory card that it shows comes with camera.
