Mixed feelings re: fit and manufacture
I like these because they were the only pair I could find that fit my old style, square frameless glasses. I actually had two pairs of these, the first had a manufacturing defect and I returned it. I bought another that had a similar defect, but I kept it. The defect is that the four clasps that hold the sunglasses frame over your eyeglasses frame are too small to fit over thicker eyeglasses lenses without bending the clasps outwards, and unless you’re very careful and sensitive to the problem, you run the risk of breaking off the metal clasps while bending them.I have high refraction index, plastic eyeglass lenses, so my glasses are not particularly thick, but two of the metal clasps had to be bent outwards to fit over my lenses. This can be done carefully with two pairs of long nose pliers, but the purchaser shouldn’t have to do that. If you don’t do it carefully, you’ll snap off the clasp at the weld to the frame. Other reviewers have expressed this same concern and warning. The manufacturing process used unnecessarily bends the clasps too much inward to begin with.I made the adjustments referred to above and kept the sunglasses, however the gray version of the lenses produce a “cold” (blue) feeling (not warm) and would be a poor choice for older people with the early stages of cataracts because the lenses let too much blue light through. A warmer, brownish lens would be better in that case and would make the environment seem clearer and more cheerful. This is an aesthetic preference, of course. The sunglasses come with a substantial, heavy case that seems like it would protect the glasses from any breakage, but it’s unnecessary heaviness is something you wouldn’t want to carry in your pocket on an outing. A light rigid plastic case would be preferable. For me the weight of the case means I’d never use it and it would eventually get discarded like other over-built packaging. You get good value for the money though, so I have mixed feelings based on the above. I like the styling and it does fit my glasses, so I otherwise give it good marks.

Nice clip on sunglasses that fit large glass frames.
I have sone large lens wire framed aviator glasses. I’ve tried the flip up clip on sunglasses lenses but they do not work well for me and look interesting when up.These come in various sizes to fit most frames but are the only brand I found for large prescription glasses. After years of having to purchase and carry a prescription set of sunglasses these clip on sunshades more than adequately meet the need. At the low cost, I can buy several and leave them in the car, at home, and have a spare pair. You might need to adjust the small wire clip on the outside edge to get a good fit on thicker glass frames. YOU MUST USE TWO SETS OF SMALL NEEDLE NOSE PLIERS SO YOU CAN SLIGHTLY OPEN THE WIRE CLIP WITHOUT PUTTING ANY PRESSURE ON THE FRAME WHERE THE CLIP ATTACHES. IF YOU DO NOT YOU WILL BREAK THE WELD HOLDING THE CLIP. .USE AS DESIGNED AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY.

Great fit
This size clip was hard to find but it fits my husband's glasses perfectly. The first one we ordered had a corner clip break off the second time he used them. It was clearly defective but they were very quick to replace it for us; in fact they had a new one to us in one day. So it was still a 5 star experience.

POOR CONSTRUCTION - DISAPPOINTED
I had previously purchased same type under SolarShield brand. They don't seen to be available so I got these Haven's. I had read the comments to use 2 needle nose pliers to make them fit. I'm pretty handy but I managed to break 2 supports off. I have adjusted the Solar's numerous times with no problem. Fortunately I was able to remove the lens from these and replace the old scratched lens in the Solar frames. I will not recommend buying these Havens.

Quality
These are quality sunglasses. I DID have to BEND the retainer clips OUT to fit my glasses, but without problems. I would NOT have to order these again except I laid these down somewhere and LOST track of where I placed them...ggggrrr..my fault. Anyway, GLASS sunglasses - not that CHEAP mexican or chinese plastic crap you buy at the 'dime stores'!
