Worth trying out!
I wear a women's 8.5 so I read reviews to see whether to go up to a 9 or down to an 8. Unfortunately, some folks recommended going up a size while others said to go down a size. I opted to go up to 9 knowing I would be wearing socks. When I first put them on, I thought I should have tried the 8; however, it soon became apparent that choosing the 9 was a smart choice. I think 8 would have been too small. They are comfortable and have been perfect for my needs. I am very happy with purchase and wish I had made it sooner. I was one of those people wearing old tennis shoes which would get wet and make going in and out of the house complicated when muddy. These slip on and off easily. I think that everyone's feet issues are so different that it is a roll of the dice when buying shoes on line. This happened to work out for me. I highly recommend giving these a shot.

SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
if I COULD LEAVE A REVIEW WITH ZERO STARS I WOULD.We have always relied on Muck boots here on the farm for good quality work boots throughout all seasons. I bought these for my husband in APRIL of this year. They are not even 8 months old and the soles have completely worn out. He came in wearing them yesterday with soaking wet socks after torrential downpours, because the of the holes that have already worn through the bottom of them!! NOT COOL, MUCK!!! NOT COOL!!!! I am so upset and disappointed. I sit here wearing a pair of Muck Hosers that I have had for 3 years and they are still going strong; they'll probably last me another 2-3 years! So I KNOW Muck is capable of better quality, but these are not it!! $50 MAY NOT BE ALL THAT MUCH TO YOU, BUT IT IS TO US!

Best ever
My husband got me these shoes over 15 years ago, at least. I am an avid gardener and spend most of my time in them. Needless to say they needed updated. I got amazon gift cards (the best gift) for Christmas and my husband reminded me how I needed to update my garden shoes. I looked up this brand and there was my tried and true style. These are by far, the best outdoor shoes ever. I only have three shoes I wear in summer. Flip flops, cycling shoes and these garden shoes. They fit great and are easy to kick off when a quick run in the house for a cold iced tea is needed. Don't hesitate to buy. They are comfortable, easy to clean and last forever.

Years of Wear in These Shoes
These are my second pair of these shoes and I cannot say enough good things about them. Easy on, easy off. I keep them by the door year round for a convenient pair of wet proof shoes but often have them on on the dry weather. I have tried other brands which cracked and leaked within the a year or two of use. My first pair of these however or still functional just finally getting smooth in places on the bottom from years of wear. I did notice that this new pair was a little more snug than the than the old pair. I presume that over the years the old pair must have stretched a little.

Fabulous Comfy Every-Day Shoe, Yucky Color
Love these shoes. Replacing my oldest pair (I have 2 sets), because the traction is worn down. They are my every single day, every single activity shoes -- rain / shine / winter / summer. Easy to slip on without having to bend down and wrestle with them, sturdy as all get-out. Snug, comfortable. I only skip wearing them in 4+ inches of snow or when exercising and I wear my sneakers. My only complaint is that they don't ever seem available in ANOTHER COLOR. How about NAVY? Purple? Grey? I accidentally purchased a cool black pair, but they didn't fit right at all, and rubbed above my heel and across my ankle bones and finally I realized I'd bought Mucker II or some such. So, now I've re-ordered these and they fit exactly as they should. Again, I just wish they came in some other color besides Dark Mold -- Oops! I mean Forest Green.

I love these shoes
I love these shoes!!! they are very roomy, but a friend of mine said insoles snug them right up perfect. I haven't gotten insoles for them yet. I wear them constantly. They are great to garden in! They are excellent in the rain, mud, and snow. I spilled salad dressing on them and wiped it right off. Wet grass? No problem! I haven't gotten wet socks since I got them. I work on a farm, and the foam edges keep the dew out. They slip on and off easily, without having to use your hands. I've left them muddy on the porch and gotten them back on without getting mud on my hands many times. When they wear out, I'm getting another pair! I have found my favorite shoe!

I really love MuckBoots Daily Garden Shoes
I really love MuckBoots Daily Garden Shoes. I bought these as a replacement for an older pair that has seen me through season after season of gardening. To order the new pair, I looked at the size of the old ones that fit perfectly - for gardening shoes - those are loose enough to slip on an off easily, small enough to wear with bare feet, big enough to accommodate socks. The old ones are size 7-71/2 Men / 8 - 81/2 Women. That size was not listed for the newer model of the shoes, but I have never worn a 9 so I chose the 7Men / 8Women - The European size was what I normally wear.I am disappointed that the new shoes are a little snug. I hope when the inner lining flattens with wear that they will become a better fit. I think had I gone up to a 8 Men / 9 Women, I would have been tripping over the toe. This is my only complaint and if it works out the way I hope, it will be fine. In every other way, they are great shoes.

Slips on damp rocks in garden
Bought these to work in garden in all sorts of weather. The first time I was in the garden after a rain, they proved to be extremely slippery on hard surfaces to the point of dangerous. My garden has a lot of small sloping rock outcroppings that need to be surmounted. This was never a problem with many other brands of shoes I've used for over 20 years. They're comfortable, but that doesn't matter if they're not safe.

Living on a borrowed reputation
I've always bought Muck Boots, but they split regularly after 6 months of use. So I bought some Dirt Boots instead (at about one third of the price). The Dirt Boots have already lasted twice as long. Not only that, Muck Boots seem to have changed their sizing, because, after buying size 9 for the past 10 years, I find that they are now too small for me, and, as far as I know, my shoe size has remained stable. Muck Boots are living on a borrowed reputation.

Muck Boots
After reading other reviews I ordered the size up for my dad, just to be on the safe side! He loves the quality, comfort etc and has room for thick cosy socks during the winter. Definitely recommend them!
