This product really works
I was on my death bed all day, and I finally gave in and bought one, with same day delivery. Within 20!!!! 20 mins of drinking I felt relief!!!! I then was able to eat, and no longer have a migraine! So worth it!!

More awake and less pain in 30 minutes. Ordering more.
I ordered these just in case and finally took one when I had a headache the morning after drinking a few too many beers. I had never tried the pain reliever in this product before, but it seems to work for me. In a half an hour or so I was feeling clearer and more awake. I know caffeine helps me with headaches sometimes, so the combination of the pain medicine in this and the caffeine seems to do the trick for me. I think I might have to order a 12 pack to keep handy.

Helped for headache but not at all for upset stomach

It helped my headache go away fast!
I had a few cocktails last night and totally forgot to take my Excedrin migraine pills before going to bed (which is usually the best trick after a drinking night), and of course I woke up with the usual hangover symptoms, mainly headache, so I figured let's give it a try since I just ordered it and have it available now. Well in about 30 to 45 minutes I felt much better, not completely gone as we speak, but I am also adding a nice cup of coffee right now to it, and I can tell that it does work as it would taking 4 headache pills which is what I would do now, with the difference that pills take like a couple of hours to kick in, while this fast relief shot is already liquid and it gets into your system much faster and it makes the piercing headache go away pretty fast, so definitely highly recommended, a 5 star product!

Didn't help my hangover
I wanted this to work but I felt no different after taking it. It wasn't horrible tasting but it wasn't good either. I wouldn't buy this again
