Comes with no instructions; you have to figure it out
This comes w/ no instructions, so you have to figure it out. A simple schematic would have been helpful. In any event, once figured out, it seems to work well. I like how there are two built in LEDs in the switch. One signifying if the switch itself has a 12v source, and the other signifying if the switch (itself) is on or off. So if the car is on and the switch is on, both are illuminated (the symbol and the words). If the car is off, but the switch is one, then only one is illuminated (but I forgot which--sorry). And if the car is on, but the switch is off, the other LED is illuminated. So it works pretty well. The 1st gen sequoia has 3 or 4 unswitched 12v cigarette lighters, which I've modded into different things (USB chargers, volt meters, temp meters, etc)...and this switch helps out a lot.

Perfect for that "Factory" look.
I bought this to give my 4runner light bar a nice factory look. I'm all about accessorizing your off road vehicle properly, but inside the vehicle I like everything to look factory. These switches do the job. They snap right into the factory "blanks" in many Toyota vehicles. Wire them up and bam, you're done. No cutting, no drilling, no sweat. There are two LEDs in these switches. One of them lights up the text, fed by a separate wire going to the switch, the other lights up the icon and is switched on and off with the switch. So I wired the text one to my dash lights so it comes on and off with the rest of the dash gauges when the headlights switch on and off. The other turns on and off with the light bar which I guess is nice, but it's kind of obvious when the light bar is on or off.I did end up modding this switch. The dash lights on my 4runner are orange. So I took this switch apart and replaced the blue LEDs with T1 YELLOW "super bright" (hey that's what the package said...) LEDs. The yellow LEDs matched the orange (weird but true) lights of my dash perfectly which made this switch blend even more. Anyone moderately experienced with a soldering iron could do this mod in about 5 minutes.

fit perfect for my 2nd gen tacoma
i really like the way the switch looks in my 2nd gen tacoma. the markings match the original switches. i did hook the switch to the interior lights, the words “zombie lights” are a little brighter than the others, but it’s ok. i did read others remarks about the switch going out immediately or shortly after install. the switch specifically mentions it is a 3amp switch. if you wrire this in to direct 12v source or ontology wire that may have a15-20 amp fuse, and not use a relay i can see how it would go out so quickly. you can buy a wiring harness with a relay on amazon for around $12. this is truly the best way to wire any added accessory on a vehicle. i have had no problems and love the switch. it fit perfectly and snapped in like the original toyota part.

Fits 2007 toyota highlander perfect
Fixes perfect in a empty spot on a 2007 Toyota Highlander. Read the reviews see what other people said see what they did wrong. And that the part comes with NO instructions. Just glad I know 12 volt wiring. They don't tell you which wire is what. Yes we know red+ and black- but there is a yellow and a green also. The switch is nice perfect fit and finishes. Works great so far.

It fits my vehicle perfectly and function the way it supposed to
Happily this fits my 1999 Toyota LandCruiser perfectly and functions the way it supposed to . As this was the second switch I bought as the first one did not fit without some cutting to fit, which I didn’t want to do to my factory dash board.

Dont buy this product
I thought this would be a cool light switch for my LED lights. I installed it, used my lights for one night, and now it doesn't work. The LED light only flickers when attempting to press the button now, after only one use. Its as though the button refuses to stay clicked in the on position, after only one use. I don't get it, shouldn't there be a Quality Assurance (QA) check? Maybe I got a bad switch but I doubt it, seems like some unethical cheap skates knew the "Zombie Lights" would be appealing to some and decide to do a pump and dump, using the cheapest overhead possible, leaving the consumer with the tab. I hope you step on a lego.

Very bright led switch
The LED back-light for this switch is ridiculously bright, I had to cover it with tape because it was blinding at night. Otherwise fits factory switch slot perfectly.

Love the switch
Love the switch. I have the yellow and red both tapped into the rear windshield wiper with a fuse tap, so it's powered whenever the car is on but not when it is off. One thing no one has mentioned it seems is how COOL it is when you switch it. The words "spot lights" are illuminated, but when you switch it on, the "lights "on the switch light up. I suggest not spending any more $ than this, don't know how it could get much better.
