Easy replacement, works great.
My older Kestrel's anemometer wheel separated and one of the vanes got bent somehow (I suspect a teenaged guest on our boat got a little too curious). I ordered this replacement, and after reading the instructions (it has to be lined up per the instructions), was able to replace impeller in a minute or two, and back to full operation.

Saved me a bunch of cash
I have a Kestrel wind meter with a turbine that failed. Found this replacement and watched a youtube video on how to replace it and BOOM. I have a working meter again at a fraction of the cost.

Easy to install, works perfectly. My original had the tiny bolt fall out of the middle, this is a 10 second fix and the kestrel works perfectly again.

Fits Kestrel 4000
My old impeller fell apart (4-pieces) when I removed the meter from its case. The instructions included are for Kestrel 1000-3550 and 5000-5700 meters. Following the series 5 instructions, this impeller fit my 4000 just fine. And it works!
