They are off cuts
I ordered this bundle to help with material for soft toy making. I was surprised The smallest offcut was about 24inches sq and the largest was over a metre wide with a drop of around 18 inches the colours were random but all useable and velour really soft jut right to snuggle up to. I was totally satisfied with my bundle and it was very good value.
