As others started, it is packed flat and tends to crumple, but I stuffed it with pillows and sprayed it with laundry starch and it stayed upright all through trick-or-treating.

Its like everything today. Cheapest made and not even cool looking on the child.

I bought this expecting about the same quality as any other kid costume.The train lacks structure, so flops around a bit. I stuck a travel size pillow in the back to help keep the shape and wrapped a hair tie around the straps to help hold them in place. Its probably not worth $50, but I'm not dissapointed either. It's a very cute costume and my boys (1.5 and 3 years) loved being little trains.

After reading other reviews, I knew what was coming, but bought it anyway because my son REALLY wanted this. I think it's super cute and looks good, however, it's made of materials that are much too flimsy. Absolutely NOT worth $51+ dollars. You WILL have to reenforce the structure to keep it from folding in on itself. The design and colors are nice, but it's made of similar material to that of a re-usable grocery tote bag. They should really re-thing materials or alter brice by AT LEAST half. I cut a panels from cardboard boxes and adhered it to the inside walls of the "train". It will do.

Love my sons Thomas the Train costume. Absolutely adorable! My son loves it as well.

Complete garbage. Don't disappoint your child with this shamefully poorly produced piece of $50 cardboard. The other reviewers are correct about the item shipping flat (as I suppose it has to) but it does not puff back up due to the poor and cheap construction. It's a good thing I didn't purchase this item from an actual store because I would take it back and shove it up their #$@

Absolutely perfect and our 4 year old loved it!
