The item is very stylish. I'm a diabetic and I wear it in case of an emergency.

I weight in at about 135pds, my wrists are pretty small so this bracelet slips right off of me. So I decided to use it as a keychain instead it works beautifully as a keychain for me. Its pretty, a bit heavy and big enough to be noticeable hanging off of my purse with my keys if an emergency were to happen Im positive its big enough and shiny enough to be noticed.

I really like it. If only it was a little bit lighter. Otherwise, I can wear it when we go out casually.

This bracelet was so pretty when I received it. After about five days, the finish wore off and made my wrist black and the bracelet turned into a bronze color but it still continue to put black marks on my wrist. I threw it out after a month. Sad because the trinket heart remained intact, although the underside turned copper color as well. he bracelet Very bad “plating” throughout. The bracelet structure was very solid & secure. Sad that they skimped & used cheap plating. I ordered the silver bracelet with rhinestone heart. I teally, really liked it at first. :-(

This is a beautiful bracelet and I like it a lot. Unfortunately it turns my skin black and the metal coating on the charm came off almost immediately so I can see the copper coming through. I was excited when I got it but very disappointed after wearing it for a week

I love the bracelet. It is really pretty. It sparkles in the sun, making it look like it was expensive. Ha, only 10.95 plus a discount. The only thing was the size is a little big, but I like it. So much fun even though you have to wear it for health reasons. Best of luck to you all.

I like how quickly my money was taken out of my account. It only took six months for it to be delivered. I can’t wait to go into a diabetic coma so a passerby can save me. It is shiny and heavy.
