Wonderful oil cleansing product perfect for days when I'm wearing heavier makeup and don't want to drag a ton of micellar water across my face. I love that these encapsulate the perfect amount of oil so they're great for popping one into a small container so I can take them on the go for a night out or a weekend away!This product is thick yet viscous and spreads easily. Removes makeup VERY well - better than I expected - and leaves skin feeling smooth, clean, refreshed, and ready for the rest of your skincare routine. I use this as an oil cleanse prior to my water cleanse and I love that after the water cleanse is over, there is still a slight suppleness to my skin from the action of cleansing with this oil. It's very nice. As a cosmetologist, I've used a ton of Eve Lom products in my facials as well and they're extremely high grade skincare products with excellent results. The price truly is worth their performance, in my opinion. This particular product is excellent for using with clients as if they have arrived with a ton of makeup on, I can simply hand them a capsule and request that they remove as much of it as possible prior to getting started. This makes the oil cleanse process a lot less difficult for me, and less harsh for the guest as well.Overall I'm very happy with these capsules and definitely intend to continue using them for travel as well as cleansing and facial care for my clients. I would absolutely have no issue with suggesting these to others (already have!) and will continue to likely repurchase them myself for client use as well. Recommended for sure.

EVE LOM | Cleansing Oil Capsules - Oil Based CleanserOh, how I wish that I was traveling again. These little oil bombs dispense the perfect amount of oil cleanser which can be used on its own or as the first step in a double cleanse routine. This removes all of my makeup, including my mascara, easily. It feels silky smooth and does a wonderful job. Just snap this top of the capsule off and then press the oil into your skin in circular motions, then rinse with warm water and pat dry. I use a Korean cotton cloth that is disposable which is perfect for keeping everything clean and bacteria-free. I have super dry skin and this is very hydrating. It left my skin clean and feeling wonderful. These little face washing capsules are $1.00 a piece so I don't use them at home. I use them when I am staying overnight in my camper or traveling to the mountains. We go up there several times a year so these will come in very handy. Each capsule twists open and has enough oil to completely cover my face and neck. The scent is a little funky. It's medicinal and pretty strong. I am not fan of it. I massage the oil into my skin and it removes dirt and makeup like a boss. It rinses off clean with no residue and leaves my face feeling super clean. The oil doesn't strip my skin like traditional cleansers but my face does feel a little tight after patting it dry. I have very dry skin so I am not surprised.I like these capsules even though Eve Lom don't disclose a full ingredients list. I like what is NOT in them and I like what they disclose is in them. I also like how they get my skin so very clean without the need to scrub or use soap. The container of 50 capsules is pricey as I said above but, if I had the money, I would use these twice a day. I will stick with my less expensive face wash at home and these indulgent capsules for my away days. They're convenient, effective, and leave my skin glowing. But the scent takes getting used to.

I am the first time use Eve Lom clean oil capsules type. First of all, after the oil capsule was opened, there was a lot of oil and enough to cover and clean the skin of the face and neck. I usually apply it though the whole face, then gently massage my face for ten minutes and then wipe it off with a wet muslin towel. I don't need any alkaline facial cleanser or anything, just the water, and then the skin can be very clean without any oil. Especially when I wear a facial mask because of the hot weather, I have a lot of acne heads, so I can clean these acne pores without damage. The Eve Lom’s clean is a capsule, as long as you twist it one at a time. It is very convenient and portable.Be caustion if you don’t like greasy people, you should be mentally prepared. In fact, you won’t feel any greasy feeling after you wipe it off using muslin washcloth. I got the 50 count of the EVE LOM | Cleansing Oil Capsules - Oil Based Cleanser. Even though this isn't the travel size, I think these capsules are good for travel. I can throw the exact number I need in my toiletry bag. At home, I prefer oil in a pump. I find the capsules a bit messy to deal with, and they contain more oil than I usually use at once. There is more than enough oil in each capsule to clean my face and neck.The oils used are extremely aromatic. There's something almost savory about the scent, as well as being overpoweringly herbaceous. I don't really enjoy it. Anyone sensitive to specific plant oils should definitely be sure to double-check the ingredients list (which unfortunately isn't listed in the Amazon description at this time).The oil cleanser is effective. It does not strip my skin, but still leaves it soft and clean.I'd probably like these capsules more without the smell and if they just came in a pump bottle. But I'll definitely keep these in my travel bag.
