Great customer service
Unfortunately my 5 year old son dropped his glass Bentgo at school and it broke. Customer service was easy to communicate with and they honored the 2 year warranty and mailed me a new one. Great service!

Glass container
The class is extremely thick, therefore quite heavy and it makes the small compartments quite small

A bit disappointed!
2 small compartments are small to me. It is not "leak proof" at all, today it has leaked into my bag.Update: leak proof function works when I close the locks on long sides first.

It's big, with space for 2 people
It has enough space to keep lunch for 2 people, or one stuffy lunch. Seals are great and space is efficient enough. Have not tested 100% leak proof test with soap or water but its decent enough.Key thing is to NEVER leave the LID in the microwave when warming food.
