I ordered this clock and had to return it. The customer service was very good and they provided a new clock quickly. We thought the clock was malfunctioning but we finally read and followed the directions which solved our problem. I bought this clock years ago for my mother and it performed well during all that time. Great design!

We have had 2 of these for 10 years. Brought them with us in our move but the sensor was damaged so I ordered a new clock. Accurate and easy to read.

This clock worked very well for about two years, although difficult to set up properly. Now nothing but the indoor temp and humidity is functioning. I like the design so much I was going to order another one even at one the ridiculous price. Glad I read over the latest reviews. I will not buy this clock again. Impossible to get help from manufacturers which is not Sharp.

Receiver is not very sensitive, it may be necessary to look for a spot and hold it until it auto sets.

Attractive shape and design. Easy to use.

First one failed after 10 months. Contacting anyone for service futile, but eventually replaced. Second one lasted two days shy of one year with same failure - outdoor temperature sensor crashed. Overall, quite difficult to set and regulate, but particularly (again) pretty impossible to get anyone at the given numbers or addresses to respond, much less provide assistance or satisfaction. Over priced, poor accompanying documentation, unsatisfactory customer care.
