Very water-thirsty!
It is hand made paper, which has its own appeal, but I find that it really dulls the colors. Also absorbs so much water that it seeps on to the next sheet beneath. Just put a sheet of cardboard or plastic between the pages.

The Greatest Art Paper
This product is worth the price! It is a pleasure to work on no matter what medium is used. I tried ink, watercolor, pastel, pen and pencil. Nothing bled through the other side. I would certainly purchase it again and recommend it to my artist friends.

I really like this sketchbook for watercolors. I initially thought the paper was a bit thin, but was pleased with the result. I felt the shipping fee was much too high.

Handles ink and watercolor, you will be pleased with the results.
100% cotton watercolor paper, yes It is thirsty paper but it handles the paint and ink well, no ink feathering. It takes a while to dry but that is normal for paper of this weight. I have been pleased with the results.
