my body did not have a positive response from this supplement
I increased my intake across the board: carbs, fat and protein.Some things I experienced: felt awful, moody and no increase in strength. I feel like it may have thrown off my test levels.In addition when I open the bottle it smells like nail polish remover every time.Didn't work for me, may have a better affect on you!

Has allowed me to eat more and not see much visceral fat gain! Have only been on for a month so can't say I have noticed much weight gain I also don't weigh myself as well as in my option a scale has to many variables to be accurate!

It's been a pretty clean diet as well
I'm two months in on a three month run of this stuff. So far I have seen nothing. No significant gains. My recovery time hasn't changed, my endurance may have gone up slightly, but I'm also focusing a little more on that with my exercises. Was really hoping for some significant strength/mass gains.For two months I've been eating a 300-400 cal surplus every day. High protein, medium carbs, medium fat. It's been a pretty clean diet as well. Unfortunately for me this product did not do anything :( I was very hopeful!

Follidrone 2.0 is likely the best product I have taken. Overall muscle gain while losing bodyfat.Increased endurance.Increased strength.Also keep in mind this is the 2.0 version so its vastly better than the 1.0.Ive taken tons of supplements but this one works better than any others really. I would compare it to a light Prohormone but with 0 of the negatives or side effects. Get in on this one. It really is a great product!I suggest eating alot more than normal as it increases metabolism but it also reduces glucose so if you dont eat enough you can feel tired. But the added calories just become muscle. Fantastic stuff.
