Very powerful. Well designed and constructed. Control features are amazing. Quiet compared to how much water it moves. Easy to operate and maintain. Unfortunately I won’t know it’s longevity, it’s too much for my reef. I highly recommend this wave maker, for larger tanks. It’s a bit much for my 55gal reef. Great bang for the buck.

I decided to turn my 125 gallon freshwater tank into a coral tank with community fish. I did all of the research and decided to go with this fan especially for the price. It's extremely powerful and there are so many setting to play with. Be very careful of the fish you decide to put in there. I had a walking bat fish who decided to lay under the fan and I checked on everyone in the morning and noticed he was stuck to intake of the fan. I turned it off he fell and didn't move. No fault of the fanI definitely recommend this fan especially if you need to have a good current for coral. It's not very noisy either which is a plus!

Went on 125gal reef...Pro: Simple to install and run. Each side is individual so adjusting the flow direction is perfect.Con: Its bigger than I thought, but thats my fault I didn't fully read the size.It is loud when on medium to high. I can hear it above the water fall in the sump. But it's also right beside my chair so it's kind of annoying. Might try to move it to the other end and see if that helps.All in all good product, but it's only been one day....

Operating for over a year now. good magnet, no corrosion in saltwater. The low speed is not that low, more like 50%, and that the programing (wave, pulse, random, etc) with a grain of salt. used on a 40 breeder and 60 cube, but I took off one impeller for the cube.

This Wavemaker is very poorly designed. The deflector is very rigigid and cannot be moved easily. The wave maker lasted exact;y 30 days before it stoped working and making noise and died on day 31. I should kniwn better when the company only gives a 30 day warranty!! A WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY!!

So far so good! This thing is strong!! I have it in a 125gal saltwater tank! I love that you can move each side independently. Circulates water really well and keeps my coral happy

This gyre is strong. Even on the lowest flow rate it seemed to be too much for my 48x24x24 but it could of been me being cautious. I would recommend it to 6 foot tanks but caution due to it not still working for me. Less than 1 year old and it has quit functioning.

So far been a really big fan of this. It’s quite and I used it to mix my salt in a bucket. In aquarium about halfway down in a 55 still creates a lot of surface agitation on a low setting and powerful flow across the tank.

Funciono unos tres meses todo bien y después lo cambie de lugar y ya no funciona, hay mejores marcas y mas confiables, no recomiendo su compra.
