The last 4 have fallen apart on me
My system says to replace these every 12 months. For the last 4 times I've gone to replace them, every single one (on two systems, one upper floor one lower floor) is no longer connected to the top piece. That makes them completely useless as filters. I don't know how long they hang on; maybe they are fine for a month. But I will not be buying this brand again.

Save buy buying in bulk
I just bought a new house and needed this unique air filter. However, they're a little expensive. I bought the 8 pack which will last what feels like an eternity because it was cheaper. As expected, they fit perfectly, no issues. The cost was worth it in order to save. Buying the 8 pack saves almost $100 over the course of 8 filter replacements. Go for it!

Awesome product, a little on the expensive side.
When I built a new home, the contractor installed an Aprilaire filter cabinet, meaning I can only use Aprilaire filters. On the positive side, these filters are excellent, and an extremely good job of cleaning the air in my home. They have very wide pleats, giving more surface area, which makes them very efficient. These also last 12 months (give or take, depending on your region).On the negative side, these are a little more expensive than other panel or box filters. The contractor wanted them for $56 each, everywhere online they are around $50-60 each. I got them here on Amazon for $288.82 for an 8 pack, or $37.48 each, with free shipping! Still a little expensive, but they do a great job.
