Used to raise a workbench and soon for raising fence posts.

Worth every penny. Very easy to use and sturdy. I bought it to remove some bushes that i had in my front yard for 20 years. It took less than an hour to uproot 10 bushes. Just make sure to watch some youtube videos on how to operate the jack safely. It is a simple tool, but it is for heavy duty jobs. A simple mistake can cause pretty big injury. I watched like 5 videos and was happy that i did when i was using it. Do not rush and take one step at a time.

I used it to lift a dock to put new wheels on it. Worked perfectly! Very heavy duty but not too hard to handle.

Even though this came with the grommet to hold the handle, there is a damn rattle that I just can’t chase down. It’s not in the hood mounts that I purchased separately, seems to be in the mechanism itself. It may be very normal since this is my first Farm jack and mounting it to the hood of my 97 TJ but I actually remove it now unless I expect to need it on a excursion because of the rattle (and additional wind noise).Again, it’s not enough to remove a star just felt like venting a little… What better place than in a review lol.And of course if you are mounting this somewhere else it may not be an issue. And if used for off-road recovery I highly recommend getting an external base plate and hook strap for direct tire left.Still five stars in my book, I consider it a good investment

It was solid install however will say the bolts facing upward that hold the Jack in place need to be longer! But overall solid install and part to buy

Strong heavy-duty jack though it did not rip the roots out of the ground on the maple tree I was working on it'll definitely lift the log now that it is on the ground

Following our freeze in Texas (Jan 2021), the majority of my shrubs/bushes/small trees died. Having to remove approximately 25 total, I needed a way to improve my removal process and save my back. The Jack was a significant benefit to my clearing the property in a reasonable period of time. I did find it beneficial to build a tri-pod out of 2 x 4's to keep the Jack from tipping forward (see YouTube)

My first attempt to use it was fine as I could raise the jack as expected. However, I soon discovered that I couldn't lower it. I began to wonder whether I was doing something wrong, but then closer inspection revealed that two pins were bent, the one on the lower rod rather severely. Otherwise, the jack appears to be well constructed, but it's simply non-functional for me in this state. I tried calling the toll-free number on the manual, but had to leave a message since no one answered and I've yet to receive a call back. I'm planning on returning the item.
