Amazing that one can purchase a welly with metal toe caps and a warm lining at a price less than most rubber wellies are sold at.I was worried the colour might not be to my taste but they actually look great.Would recommend, and frankly at this price, hard to see how they can be beaten for a pair of safety wellies.Only comment would be fit is slightly on the snug size, so if in doubt, order a size up.

I had a pair for over 2 years, not much wear on the soles, no splits in the seams, doing really well compared to some others I have had. The only issue i have had has been after about a year the woolly lining comes out with your foot if your foot has got warm. Which is a pain to keep getting back into the toe area. So I cut the lining just before the heal and then ware thicker socks, so when the lining come out its very easy to put back. These are so good I have 2 more pairs just incase the stop making them

Dickies Groundwater rigger boots: they're actually 'half wellies', just what I was looking for, since all the other work boots I've bought have always leaked (except for wellies). More comfortable than wellies. And they have the loops to pull them on. The fleece lining goes down over the feet. This reduces the size, so I had to send mine back to get a size larger (normally size 9; needed size 10 in these). If you like to wear a second pair of sox then you'll need two sizes larger (really).Excellent service from the supplier wholesale workwear. They asked for £3 for sending out the replacement size - reasonable, I thought. But I had to pay £12 (yeah, £12 was the min charge) to the GPO to send the boots back for exchange. So do order at least one size bigger than your normal shoe size; go even for two sizes bigger. But the boots are excellent. They do have a 'wellie' look; be prepared for that.

These are just so good compared with all others ! For several years I have been buying Wellington Boots that soon leak, or hurt the bottom of your feet on stony ground and so on. Even the top-brand reviews complain of leaks, even at those ridiculous prices !So overall, well designed, well made for the job. Had them a month, and so far so goodOne only, ridiculous complaint ... the sizes are too small. Although from Texas, they state UK sizes, but you must buy a size larger than normal !! If not you have the hassle, like me, of sending them back. Even the next size up is only ok with every day thickness socks ! So how daft is that ?

I've just read the other review and wish I'd read them before.They are small but with a thin pair of socks is snug. Very warm so don't need extra socks .However I've stood in a puddle for about 60 seconds today and found that I have 1 wet sock and 1 damp sock.So not good I.m afraid. Also I could seem to return them without clicking on the. "I agree to send them back within 30 days" box.As I,m not in puddles a lot i,ve decided to keep them.

Great, wear all day for mixed gardening. Fully waterproof. Fur lining does flatten. But much better than wellies.The pull on tabs are not as sturdy as previous similar pair I used for 3 to 4 years. Only the lining failed.

Bought these for my hubby who is a milk tanker driver who collects milk from farms so walking through mud, milk and muck on a daily basis. On arrival and in the beginning they seemed to be the perfect boot for the job, comfy, waterproof and warm. However as time has gone on one problem is that the lining has started to come out when you take the boots off and also his socks "walk" in the boot and the second issue is that the right boot has started to crack and split. Very disappointed as we thought we'd found the perfect boot.

Great value for money I think. I use them regularly and thankfully haven’t had any issues. They are fleece lined which has been a real help in the recent cold weather and they have vsteel toes which I wanted as I wear them around horses. The think rubber and fleece lining has also saved me from a hoof to the ankle a couple to times too. I’m very please especially for the price
