I bought this laptop to work on my projects while away from the office. I use Unity, Visual Studio, and Blender for game dev. I originally tried to return this after the first day because of the heating and fan noise. The company happily obliged and offered to help me troubleshoot the issues. The bottom line, and I highly recommend this to any buyer is this: Please consider a factory reset after initial setup. The performance and speed were night and day. I can’t speak to the battery because I always have it plugged in when running intensive GPU programs.I’ve tried a lot of other laptops that were good for gaming but couldn’t handle development. This laptop is the best option in my humble opinion. The screen size is great and the resolution is perfect.

My last laptop was a HP x360 and was looking for something that delivered performance but did not significantly impact portability vs the tiny ultra-portable. the G15 delivered 100%. it will keep up with most mid-high range PCs while being small enough that it fits well into my bag. also for a work machine, it fits in well in the board room and doesn't look like a space ship - lack of camera is a bit of a pain... but laptop cameras suck anyway. so i just got a high quality external camera which works so much better for my meetings. highly recommend this laptop!

The screen wasn't working

State of the art laptop, no issues at all. Tried Anno 1800, flight simulator, Forza 4 and doom eternal. Superb performance and metrics best laptop 2021.

I bought this laptop a while back - and I've had nothing but problems. Had to take it in multiple times for repairs. It's been a mess.

My brother is a developer and he loved this laptop

First couple of weeks it worked fine but then I notice it was becoming slower and slower. I thought it was strange because I would only use for video and photo editing. Scanned my computer and updated the drivers, nothing seemed wrong with it. At this point I had this laptop for 11 months then I noticed it had a problem with High Disk usage, it would randomly spike to a 100%. I looked up a crap ton of tutorial on how to fix it but it was always only temporary fix. Finally it just stopped working so I took Geek squad and spent a $100 for them to fix it. Found out a week later that they couldn't fix it, they recommended me to take it back to Asus. Found out I still had warranty so I sent back to Asus only for them to say I didn't have warranty. I was emailed by Asus that the issue was the SSD and in it was a third party M.2 SSD so it void the warranty, now I had to pay $200 for them to fix it. I mainly use this laptop for work and it has been a horrible experience, do not recommend.

An amazing laptop, I had a desktop with an i7-9700 RTX 2080ti 32gb 3600mhz of RAM all liquid cooled. And this laptops ferformance is very close to it. It runs any game at very good graphics with avarage fps being 60-100

The notebook performance is great, in one week I had one blue screen connected by usb-c. The package arrived well to Chile the charge was around 700 usd( extra shipping: 300 usd. taxes: 400 Usd)
