Nice and soft
Although it's soft but clean nicelyAnd the hight of the the stick is appropriate for my hight

Uncomfortable to use
The short handle and short brush bristles makes it difficult to use. I have to manually use my hand to clean off the floor. Definitely not worth the cash!
