CholulaSauce Hot Chili Lime

Love this stuff!

(Guess I should say UBER-lime rather than SUB-lime, ha ha). Hands down my favorite hot sauce- can't live without it. And at this writing this is the BEST deal around- SIX bottles, $4 a bottle and FREE shipping- less than I pay at the grocery store and no having to drive anywhere or worry about replenishing my supply!I'm not a heavyweight when it comes to hot sauce- this is only slightly hot (BTW, I read that people who can eat red-hot foods are lacking a receptor taste bud for heat, so it has nothing to do with cojones or how tough you are). But EVERYBODY I know, whether they ordinarily like mild or blazing hot loves this stuff. It has the tang of a margarita with fresh-squeezed lime, and rich, dark chili, hints of pasilla and chipotle, just wonderful. It elevates whatever it's used on, from quesadillas and burritos to plain white rice, SO good. I often eat it with plain tortillas, sprinkle it on nachos, and add it to many Mexican and Indian recipes. Highest recommendation!
