It’s a great product.

I was hoping to get a two-sided scratch guard with an option to remove the shield from outer adhesive side, as the pictures suggest, or let it be.But what I received is only one side adhesive.

Doesn't stick well for long when applied around corners/edges on furniture like cloth chairs. It would help to have something unobtrusive to hold it down in those situations.

The media could not be loaded.  These definitely do the job. They protect the furniture and detour the cat from pulling. You can see them a little bit if you draw attention to them but its much better than ruined furniture. It adheres good, and comes off fine without hurting furniture when removed. One package really does cover quite a bit of area. Good quality and value.

I hesitated when it was time to buy a new sofa due to the fact that one of my cats has an issue with using furniture to sharpen his claws. After much thought (I made a decision that my cat is a part of my family and I will figure it out)... I bought the leather sofa I wanted, and found these Binary Barn Cat Scratch Deterrent Shields, Furniture Protector & Couch Guards from Cats on Amazon and tried them. My cat walked around my sofa, pawed at them once and kept moving. He hasn't touched the sofa since. I have started "repairing" other furniture and wrapping it in the guards as well :)

So we just bought a brand new couch with faux leather and of course within the first day my cat thought itd be cute to scratch the end of it. So I went on a search for something like this. The first one I put on got messed up because i didnt read the instructions well enough lol.. but the next 2 you can hardly tell it's on the side of the couch! It's been a few weeks now and he hasnt tried to scratch it since they've been on!

This Pet Furniture Protectors protected my sofa. It can be easily cut into any shape and size to fit for corners. A good choice.Tips:1. Cut the tape before apply.2. Use the ’up’ label to help remove the film (very easy). There is there layers.3. Although cat doesn’t like the smooth film, he may scratch the furniture because of sooth surface. Of course, it will has the effect of protecting furniture. So I advise to remove the top film - cats dislike sticky surface and that helps train them.4, Rub at corner to remove the protector. You don’t need a knife to remove cat scratch deterrent guards. It left some residues on my couch after one month using.  But it can be cleaned using the removed tape. Comparing with Lucy scratching my furniture, I prefer this tape.Hope this is helpful.

Initially, it was a good product. The adhesive on one side stuck well to the sofa but after a day or two the side start to lift up.

They work great, wish they were longer strips but they seem to be doing the trick.
