Didn’t last long. Not non-stick
I loved these mini muffin pans Initially. My kids loved how bitesize the muffins were and they cooked evenly and popped out easily. After a few months, that was no longer the case. Even after spraying oil in each hole, muffins stuck so badly to them that I had to use a butter knife to scrape the edges off, and even then, they would rip apart or leave a crust that was incredibly annoying and frustrating to clean.I’ve never put them in the dishwasher. Only hand washed them, which is super frustrating when you are rewashing several times to get the crust off.I finally got fed up and threw them out.I would not recommended these unless you only need them for a few months.

Just what I needed.
I bought this last year to make jam tarts and cookie cups for the holidays. Then I chickened out and pictured myself having to toss out my stuck to the pan goodies, probably with the pan and all! Or that it would be a nightmare to wash. I needn't have worried. I finally got up the nerve to bake cookie cups and they turned out beautifully. They easily popped right out of the pan. They browned evenly on the bottoms and clean up was easy even though I didn't grease the pan. The only bad thing I can say about it is the current price is double what I paid last year.

Excellen Non-Stick Mini Muffin Pan!
I love this mini muffin pan! I purchased it to make a weekly batch of muffins for my twin toddlers. I use it with the Wilton mini muffin liners, and they fit perfectly. The liners are not necessarily needed as the muffins never stick to this pan, but my twins like having a liner to peel back. I haven't had a need to put the pan in the dishwasher as it cleans up very easily. The dark color of the pan has not caused any issues with burning. The pan appears to warm up evenly. I also love the orange grips on the side of the pan as they provide a little traction when your trying to pull it out of the oven. Great product, and I plan on buying more of the Rachael Ray brand as a result. Glad I chose this pan over another highly rated pan.
