Night By Noble Plastic Ocarina Alto C Tone Rubber Finish (IVORY)

悪くはないですね。ただ、こんなもんかぁという印象です。同メーカーの1000円の半透明プラオカリナを初めて使ってみて多少慣れてきたので、評価も高いこちらを購入。完全な我流なのでそもそもの吹き方の問題もあるかもしれませんが、1000円の物と同じように5分くらい吹いてるともう「シ」の音以降の高めの音がかすれてくる。「もののけ姫」吹いたけど後半はかすれが多い。2台目は陶器のイイやつにすべきだったのかなぁ。

初心者にはよいオカリナだと思いますが、色がアイボリーというより卵色という感じ。

I`ve been playing oc for about a year now and I own a Forrest Whisper along with a few other clay ocarinas. I primarily play on hikes and when I`m spearfishing on my kayak or SUP. I usually hike and/or dive all day and would always worry about getting my clay oc's soaked or cracked, which is why I purchased the Night by Noble plastic ocarina. It sounds great, is compact but not hard to play with larger hands, and it's very durable. This is the best plastic oc on the market and I can't recommend it highly enough for those who want to stuff it in a pack or boat and not have to worry about water damage or cracks. Very satisfied with my purchase!

This ocarina has a mellow sound and is solidly constructed with a matte texture that makes it easy to hold on to. However, it is not really ivory, more of a sulfur yellow color. It's not hideous but it's not attractive either. I wanted the lighter version to see the fingering better. If this was more than a beater instrument to throw in my bag and not worry about, I would be bothered. I would say go with the black finish if you're thinking of getting one.

Just received this Noble ivory ocarina, first of all it is very well made and perfectly tuned. It feels good in your hand and looks great. I own several ceramic ocarinas and wanted one I could take camping. I avoided buying a plastic one becouse plastic sounds awful but this one sounds clear and warm, easy to play as well. So if you want a great sounding plastic ocarina this is the one.
