It's alright for the price. I ordered one of the black ones not only because of the color but also (I thought) the hooks in the front looked a lot better being fully capped in the soft anti-slip rubber material. However the metal does not extend up into those rubber caps. They will hold fine for most purposes like smaller laptops and tablets, but for anything heavier I wouldn't use this one because they just don't have the front metal hook support residing underneath the rubber. Also the support rods are a bit difficult to get fully seated into the slots, the narrow part on the tip that actually locks into the slots seems a bit short, it works better at lower angles. It was cheap and I can find a light duty use for it so I'll keep it, but I'll be looking for a different model for heavier equipment support. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

I have a very small Apple Macbook from 2017. The screen is less than 12in, so it's sometimes a pain to work on, but I specifically got it for portability. It weighs less than my ipad.Anyways, I got this lift because I am getting killer back and shoulder pain now that I'm back in school. I really needed something that would raise the screen and allow me to sit up straighter. I also needed something that was portable as I can't study and do school from home. Some people complain about this thing's sturdiness, but mine is really sturdy. That being said, I'm working on a very lightweight and small computer. If you are looking for a lift for a small piece of tech like an older Macbook, or surface, or tablet, I think this works really well.Also, I have an image of my setup, but amazon will not upload it.

Overall I love this product. My old stand broke on me, it was plastic and it was much bigger. I love that this stand is foldable and it doesn't feel cheap. The only think I wish is that it was a little bigger and it locked in to place completely. I'm never scared rhar my laptop will fall and break but it is does have a slight wiggle.

Working from home has taken a little while for most of us to get used too but with products like this it makes it easier to set up your home office so that it's functional. This allowed me to set up my laptop so the screen was even with my other monitors

I had already purchased the more expensive, sturdier models for my two classrooms and wanted another stand at home. I was trying to avoid paying for a third one by building various makeshift, home-made stands by propping up books -- all very unsatisfactory. This arrived today, and I love it! It is lacking the height adjustment of the other models, but I have it propped propped up on books for more height, and it's fine. Sturdy, lightweight, affordable.

I bought this to prop up my laptop when I need to read for long periods of time. It has worked great. It has multiple options for the height and angle, which is nice because I have used it at home and at work with different desks. It is also lightweight and easy to store. I recently used it with my cellphone as well and it worked great for that too

I was going to use this at home for just playing on my laptop. I wanted to make sure that my laptop didn't overheat. I thought this would work for my needs.It's really clunky. After every use I would put it back in its case, but it still managed to keep losing the protective pieces that keep it from scratching up the laptop. They were poorly glue in place. I will definitely be looking for something else.

Good stand for a macbook. Has adjustable angles to make it work with your hands. Love the height increase reliving me of my neck pain. Is it the best? No. But would I recommend getting one- yes, coz it’s so cheap for what it offers. Metal build with soft touch foam to prevent your hands and laptop edges.
