Plyban cheesecloth is a food-grade poly webbing used to line cheese molds when pressing curds. This thin material is less prone to wrinkle than bulkier cloths, which can help create a more uniform cheese surface. Very easy to clean and reusable. Less likely to have curd stuck in webbing than a cloth-based material. The plyban is 40 inches wide and come in one cloth that is easy to cut to size.
