My honest thoughts in case you want to know.
So let's face the facts wearing a mask for long periods of time is uncomfortable regardless because its not natural and there no way to really change that. However due to the the circumstances of out current society wearing a mask is necessary. This bracket made it easier to breathe, talk and endure wearing my mask for an extended period of time. Yes due to it being plastic or silicone it left slight mark on the skin but that went away quickly. I order these and handed them out at my office. Most people liked them but again we still got hot under the mask. Now I don't wear glasses so I'm not sure about it preventing them from fogging up. Also I make my own mask so these are designed to wear with the mask that have the bendable nose piece in them. So possibly in conjunction with that it will work to keep the glasses from fogging up. All in all I would say it does what it says it do. I gave 4 out of 5 because this does not feel like silicone but a hard plastic. Maybe I am mistaken but silicone should b a little softer to the touch. I wear mine now all the time but it would be nice if the part that actually touch the skin was softer while the other part remained rigid. Just my thoughts.

Perfect Fit
I somehow came across these after I had been making masks for a while. Wish I would have found them sooner! You have to be careful about the sizing. These were the largest dimensions I found. These are the best fit. I've bought other ones from Amazon but they were flimsy and too close to the face. ( I probably won't even use them) Some of them show the dimensions as this one does. Best fit and I highly recommend these. I don't make the folded mask--the ones that look like the surgical masks--I make the face covering ones. They come with little tabs to hook inside the folded ones, but I snip that off and sew them in place with my sewing machine. Works for me. I can breathe so much better; don't feel like I'm pulling a rag into my face! I can insert a filter between this and the mask for extra protection. (I use a quality grade furnace filter. This makes the mask safer.)

These work for me.
I make my own masks from a face-fitting pattern I found on the internet. They fit around my nose and mouth, are held on with a shoe lace and toggle. Since I am using 3 layers of 600+ thread count, woven cotton which is soft, but can collapse around my nose, I bought these for the inner pocket. For my nose I needed to stitch the bracket high into the mask. I wear glasses, and these working very well. I gave one to a friend to put in the mask I made for him, and he says it fits his nose without needing to be stitched.

Effective even directly against skin without using clips
Light and comfortable. I wear mine daily. None of my cloth masks are suited to use the clips or have a pocket to put it in, but I've had no problem keeping it on my face underneath multiple style over-ear masks as long as they are ones that don't normally slip. With masks that don't fit snuggly the bracket still stays in place but the mask slipped down it. They will leave lines on your skin if worn at length directly against the skin like I have but I still prefer to wear it than not. I have also used it satisfactorily while exercising to keep the mask from pulling in as I breath.

Needs a few refinements. Longer or tighter tab
I like others like the concept of a frame. I use surgical masks and found it difficult to get it to stay clipped on a fold in mask. Tab is ytoo short. However I was able to use it without the tab holding it in place. It requires both hands holding the frame in the right position under your mask. It stayed in place for me. However I was not exercising nor doing anything other than walking. I doubt this will stay in place if doing more than walking wearing a disposable mask.A fabric reusable mask could hold this in the correct position with a loop stitched on each side of the mask to hook the tab on the frame. It definitely makes the mask more comfortable by holding it away from your nose and mouth.
