Super handy
I brought this as I'm constantly on calls working from home now given the COVID-19 situation. So far so good - Jabra is a recognised brand and I've always had a good experience with them. Considering just how cheaply priced this headset was I have no complaints at all.. and best of it, it's comfortable. Most of the control is performed by the phone itself - i.e. volume and muting - but as I'm using this from a desk and not being out & about, then no complaints.

Very cheap, not worth the cash
This is a cheap purchase and I realise that, however. The first one sent was faulty. It was duly replaced. The second one seemed to work perfectly until I got on my bike and tried to get my directions from my phone. It will not talk to Google maps! This is why I bought the bloody thing. I don't want a fancy ear piece, I won't listen to music or flash it about, it is purely for if I am in the car for any length of time and for directions when I am riding.All the settings are correct on my phone and I have reset everything. This doesn't function as it should. I know the old adage "Buy cheap, buy twice" and this is definitely what this is.

Worked for a day or 2 then ear hook broke. This is worth about 20p although you can buy ear hooks they don't arrive quickly and shouldn't be needed. Don't waste your money

Only for calls
Good quality device but will only connect to my laptop for calls on Skype, any other sounds come through the laptop speakers so no use in the office

Great headset
Have used this headset before but needed to replace it as last it. Great audio, good battery life and a convenient size.
