Do not buy this product !!! It will not continue to work . I Have it i n 2 computers and it will work one time and must be reinstalled the next time I want to use it. One computer not working could be the computer but not both computers ? The pop up said that it could not find internet access . I have 5G internet . This happens every time and when I reinstall I must enter the serial # and that is another installation use and you are allowed only so many uses on one purchase. Good luck trying to contact the company. Pretty good SCAM. WARNING This is a SUBSCRIPTION your credit card will be charged again for $87.75 in 6 months.

does a pretty good job. I was using the xp version and never replaced it, using other products got frustrated and went back to something I was familiar with.

It didn't work so I didn't get to use it. It's an outdated program and a complete waste of my money. I contacted vcom and they said I was SOL

I had used this utility software in the past on Windows 7 and 8. It did what it is suppose to do. It is a different story with Windows 10. Rather than fix the registry, it will corrupt it. To even try the trial version of this product on Windows 10, upon uninstalling it could wreck the registry. Risky software to use beyond 8. Not suitable for Windows 10 as described in the online product description.

Registered the product. Had problems with program installation, spoke with service tech, and gave him remote access to my computer. He looked at a few areas and said there were virus problems preventing proper installation of the software. He offered to fix the virus problems, so software could load, for $200.00. Fix-It Utilities Professional, Version 14 was sold for $42 and they wanted another $200 to install the software.

Fix-it worked great and got PC back up and running with no issues

Years ago I purchased Fixit Utilities, upon the recommendation of my computer repair person. It worked so well all those years ago when my office computer wouldn't boot on Windows XP that, upon my husband's computer getting stuck in safe mode after a windows update and wouldn't boot, it was an attempt to avoid a costly computer repair at our local shop (not the best). When the disc arrived, it took hours to get to the part where it could be used to boot the computer. Once I found out how to do this, not from the instruction book or Fix it Utilities, but rather google and youtube searches, I was able to get the computer to boot normally. But since the original problem, computer freezes, was still an issue, I wanted to install Fixit on the computer. This took several more hours, as the instructions in the book did not work for installation. I was finally able to install it, and register the product, however the rest of the program will not load, and I simply don't have the time. This is an awful program compared to the awesome program it used to be. And that lack of instruction was made all the more frustrating by the fact that there is no way to talk to a real person to find out why! All help is automated, and none of it applied. I would recommend using a different program rather than this one if you have computer issues. Unlike it's previous version, this one is basicly trash, and that's where I will be throwing it when I drive to the local computer office to get it repaired!
