So far I like it. It is no nonsense. I have concerns about the tag of being scratched. Being able to be unreadable.They do offer a warranty program but I have not researched it. I would hope that they would replace a tag immediately, free of charge. Otherwise, I think this is a great buy. No frills. People can Scan the QR code ON THE tag and find all the information on this particular pet. The big advantage of this is, you can edit the information and Assign the tag to different things such as luggage, purses, your mom. Once the QR code is read. That person can access a multitude of information to get in contact with the owner. Love it. The Responses are recorded in depth. You get an email from the responder And it not only gives you an exact location but their IP address.

I got this for my 4 year old cat that loves to try to escape. It fits nicely on her collar and doesn't bother her at all. It doesn't make any annoying clack sounds when she walks around either. She is a sweet cat so it would be easy for someone to get her to see the tag and scan it.Setting it up online was a little weird and not very user friendly, but even the most un tech savvy person (like me) should be able to do it.

Super cute, super durable looking, very detailed information able to be stored about your pet, and I really like how it sends the coordinates of where the tag is scanned so that your GPS can send you to the correct location.

This is the most amazing thing ever Dinah tag is awesome I have one for me now too.I now feel completely confident that if my dog is lost and found she will get back to me 100% and the people will know everything about her that's necessary including emergency contacts just by simply scanning with the QR Code thing so it's amazing I highly suggested it's well worth the money.Oh did I mention it's easy to use too it is.

I like the choice of phrases you can use. Was very easy to sign up and like the fact your can passively track the QR code to see location. You can put as much information as you like. The only problem I have which is why I had to give them 4 starts the URL for the tag does not work

Very cute and seems to be worth the price. The QR code works. I tested it and it showed the location of the scan. Also this company had a Good Samaritan program that rewards people who find lost animals when they submit the story.

The font is a bit smaller than I expected but still readable. My cat is 25lb, so it would probably look perfect on an ordinary size cat.

Not what i was expecting. I was hoping it was more like a tag that you can GPS or Bluetooth find your dog. I get that someone can find it and scan it and youthen know where the dog is. But I thought it was a bit more than that. WOuld be nice to have our name and phone number on it also.

Have been using this for a month now, it works great. It also gives you the IP address of whomever accesses the tag which you can then reverse for GPS tracking in case of crime.

Really difficult to review this as the product is fab a really good idea tag quality good however the ring on my one failed in a week tag got lost !

Only a glorified Dog Tag, not much difference to Normal Dog Tag.Bit disappointed. It’s not a tacker, Relies on people to be honest.
