WOW. This thing is nice and thick (2 inches?). To me, it's the perfect density of foam - not too hard, not too soft (juuuuuuuuuust right, said Goldilocks). People are right that it's big - it actually fits even MY butt! It's perfect for my office chair. I had been feeling tailbone pain for a while. I went to my doctor who made sure nothing else was wrong (it wasn't a problem with my back), and told me to try a donut. I had already been trying one of those and knew it didn't work for tailbone pain. Even if I was able to position it to take pressure off my tailbone, it meant I had to sit on it lopsided which hurt my back. I'm so glad I did a little Googling about ways to find relief. I sit on my butt all day at work! After reading other reviews, I chose this cushion. I couldn't have chosen better. I'm not kidding when I say I had instant relief. I took it out of the package 5 minutes ago and got it positioned correctly, changed the height of my chair, and MAGIC! My butt doesn't want to quit my desk job anymore. I wish I had known months ago that the solution could be this cheap and simple. It really does work if your actual issue is tailbone pain (not caused by something else except that you have a big butt and you cannot lie...I mean...sit at work for too long).

Measurements weren't correct and therefore the cushion for me was a useless waste of money.

I purchased a very expensive memory foam coccyx cushion for my home after cracking my tailbone. I quickly realised that I would need another cushion for my car so I didnt have to remember to drag mine in and out of my home so I purchased this one for my vehicle. I must say, this one offers alot more support than the one I spent twice as much on! It is very firm, and I like the fact that you can take the cardboard insert out to make it a little softer. The cover zips off for easy cleaning. The only thing this cushion does not offer that some others do is a carrying handle, which is no big deal for me.

I bought this after I injured my coccyx while I was Snowboarding.I was recommended by my ortho to use a coccyx pillow for a month or more.I used a doughnut pillow for sometime before I got this. Donought pillow wasn't very helpful. Very uncomfortable to sit when you try to avoid pressure on the coccyx.This pillow was definitely better. However, the only issue is that it is too big as compared to a dougnut pillow - which makes it inconvinient to carry arround.I then bought a memory foam neck rest (horse shoe shaped neck pillow) and that was ideal. It was easy to carry, comfortable to sit on and put no pressure on my coccyx.

The cut out wouldn't fit anyone's tush properly. This product is a joke.

This seat cushion affords a comfortable time at my computer.

These are really helpful. This and the mattress topper has help prevent bed sores on my husband. Worth every penny!

This is a very good product and just what I was looking for. My tail bone is much more comfortable.

My mother liked this after her fall/back surgeries etc. Protected the tailbone from irritation when she sat down. Firm but not too firm...good product.

Good support, this is the second one I purchase - first one lasted over two years but eventually flattened out and lost it's support. They sell one almost identical for twice the price at Shoppers Home Healthcare.
